I've decided to drop that anime I mentioned I watched as a child, Monster Rancher. I'm also putting Fullmetal Alchemist to a hold. I recently started Lucky Star, and just finished the 7th episode, just started Sgt. Frog, but only watched the first episode, and recently finished the 5th episode of Haruhi.
Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-Chan is now the funniest anime ever. No doubts about it. I could probably finish it in a day, if it wasn't NSFW. ...It's even better than Lucky Star, as much as I don't want to admit it. Blah, I finished that too fast. And just read Vol. 1-3 of FMA. Best 15 dollars ever spent.
God dang I remember watching that in club one day.
Anyways, picked up volume one of Toradora~! and it's amazing. Kind of needed a romantic comedy. The main female being a ditz just makes it better. Also, Yotsuba&! is funny as well. It's slice-of-life but follows a 5-year old girl as she does funny stuff. GLOWBALL WARMING!!!!!!!
Originally the ruleset was 5-stock 6-minute 4-player FFA with all items on high, but after the TO saw my R.O.B. in the first round he changed it to a 6-minute KO fest "because the game isn't called Super Smash Brothers Run-away-and-time-your-opponents-out".
Just finished Haruhi. The ending was terrible. >_< So I decided to just watch episode 6 again. Lol. Also just finished first season of Dokuro Chan, and just started Bleach, despite me not liking much Shonen Jump.
The first Japanese DVD volume of the anime series sold around 8,000 copies to debut seventh in the ranking on the Oricon charts for the week of July 29, 2009. The Blu-ray Disc release of the first volume sold about 33,000 copies in the same week, to top the Oricon BD charts. In August 2009, the first volume of K-On! was the top-selling television anime Blu-ray Disc in Japan, having surpassed the previous record holder Macross Frontier, which sold approximately 22,000 copies of its first volume. It was the second best-selling Blu-ray Disc in Japan, trailing only Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone, with around 49,000 copies. However, in October 2009, the first volume of Bakemonogatari surpassed K-On!'s previous record, having sold 37,000 copies at that time. Later, with the release of K-On!! volume 3, total BD sales for the series have outsold Bakemonogatari. K-On! received a Best TV Animation Award at the 2010 Tokyo International Anime Fair. K-On!! won the Best Television award at the 2010 (15th) Animation Kobe Awards. Both series have sold a combined total of over 520,000 BD copies as of February 20, 2011.
Well surely it can't be THAT bad.
*watches episode 1*
Meh. It's really mediocre. Yeah, gonna scratch that off my list.
