Please stop the shield spam in the next version

Hello I am new, Can someone please tell me how to stop the CPU from spamming shield because it's sooooooo annoying I charge an attack for 5 minutes and all it takes for the CPU is the do the bubbly shield and my attack gets blocked ((( please tell me how to disable the shield and please make it so next version the computer uses the shield less it's super annoying thanks in advance ;D
