The background color is #303B4A , if you're able to change that. I'm working on finding the other colors as well.
EDIT: nevermind, that's the color that would replace the bright blue title-y thing.

Like I said before, Proboards doesn't have a function/feature like that. You may develop a coding for that function which can be inserted into the header/footer of the forum. But it isn't just html and css coding that will do the trick.
