ok anyway when you install mewtwo via a cheat or whatever in brawl
does it come with voices if so i would like to see them

You have to download the voice replacements in a separate pack.
They are of the Melee clips, though.

If you can't get him, you can try James Earl Jones. It'll be hard to get a hold of him though.

Someone like James Earl Jones for something like Crusade has .01% chance of happening.
He is a very famous Hollywood actor, and using his voice even for limited clips would be expensive.
I'll scour YouTube for fandubbers that are good as Mewtwo.
