Oh, ok. In 0.7, all three moves combo together for a 7-hit combo. Just to give you an idea of the slight hit-stun change.

..OR!I'm dumb and i can't do it Good. lol Meh, doing that combo is not that important - it's just flashy. You're not dumb . So, I discovered that the CPU Luigi seems a lot more even with the other CPUs in 0.7... I think in 0.6 the CPU Wigi is a bit OP.

Does he still shield to shoryuken? That happened to me 4 times on my last stock; no lead for me T_T

He could, but at the moment, Perfect Shielding is not in the game. And that sucks by the way.

Why would that suck?

It sucks because I started with a comfortable lead, but then Luigi powershielded 4 of my attacks and used upspecial 4 times (all sweetspotted). Unsurvivable.
On another note, why does powershielding have that effect anyway? Powershielding in Brawl was added to help deal with intense projectile spam because powershielding didn't reduce shield size iirc. You might be able to avoid removing them entirely if you put some shield drop or ending lag frames on powershielding (though obviously still less than normal shields). Also, how much access to your moves do CPUs have? They seem unbaitable; is there a built in delay on them reading moves from input stream?

The CPU knows if your attack will hit and reacts on the same frame.

The CPU knows if your attack will hit and reacts on the same frame. Only if YOU attack first. Even then, it's still mostly random. The CPU makes decisions whether to attack based on a few things: - Where you are in relation to the CPU fighter. - How much range your attacks have at maximum versus the CPU's maximum attack range. - Whether you're attacking, shielding, jumping, flinching, etc. - Whether you're invincible. - Whether you're off-stage. - And few other character-specific things. But, even considering all the above, it's still random whether or not they attack first. As for Luigi, his CPU is good because of how fast his attacks are!

The only bad things that Luigi does as a cpu is to ocassionally use his green missile attack (side-b) on the stage continously until he gets off stage which sometimes makes him commit suicide and that he doesn't uses his green missile attack as a recovery option.

That's common to a few characters' side specials. Tails and Jiggs and Sonic (to an extent, that may be on purpose) all can repeatedly do side special for no apparent reason.

Only thing I miss about Luigi is being able to trap opponents in the Negative Zone then K-O them with his Up Special. Good times.

Star koing your airborne opponent to death is much more epic.

Well, y'know, some of us players aren't as good as others so they can't necessarily do that...

It's not like I'm a pro and land it frequently. It's just that if it hits, it's very satisfying. like.

Yes, exactly. That thing is crazy. The only character who's smashes I find more inappropriate for character type is G&W. XD At least Luigi only has 1 OP smash.
