It's like that on every forum; there's nothing we can do about it. A lot of them probably only come here to download updates.
But we do get a decent amount of new guys. Just look at PerfectHell.

Am I? You two are somewhat alike, anyway. Oh yeah, yeah I remember now! So, basicly, my point, that he would behave cunningly occasionally, stands firm.
Although to be honest, I don't think that he had planned to do this all along. Rather, it seems that something came up and destabilised him, besides having a history of such behaviour.
All we can do is wait and see.

1. I think he was banned for a while
2. No, he's been banned. This was a while ago.
3. I don't think you can contact him, as he can't get on the forum.
4. The best thing we can do is give him some space until he's calmed down.
5. Really just him, at least majorly.

1. He went completely insane and spammed the forum intensely, as well as abusing his power on the wiki.
2. No, he was banned months ago.
3. Trust me, you don't want to talk to him. Especially since you joined after he was banned.
4. There's nothing we can do. He was permanently banned, and from looking at other places he's been, he's not really trustworthy.
5. Some of your posts could be considered spam. He's the only one who's been banned for spamming, and he spammed a LOT.
Shouldn't we get this locked by now? The issue's been over for a month now, and nothing new is happening.

I'd be OK with it as long as I see what he posts, but he broke enough rules for a permanent ban.

Honestly, I wouldn't care so long as he contributes actual discussion. And stops calling everyone "buddy" to get past 10-char.
Logically, he broke the rules enough to be permanently banned. And if we continue to be lenient with bans, there will likely be an issue in the future.
Maybe put him on probation for a month and see what he does. If he breaks a rule, he goes back to being banned, simple as that.
It would be like having his infraction bar at 99% and not having it decrease periodically.
