Of course I didn't make this just to bump that one thread Kooparaider made off the first page.
I know there's an Anime thread in the Spam Board, but it doesn't really belong there. So now it's in the tea room!
This thread also includes manga and stuff like that.
On my reading now list:
Lucky Star (One Volume remaining)

My anime list is nearly exactly the same as my manga list.

A loooooong time ago, I played smash flash.
SOOOO MANY CHARACTERS I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE
Then I saw the video for Over 9000!
My reaction: lolwat
The other day, my friend showed me Avatar.
It was ok. Might watch it every so often.
Then he showed me Naruto.
Meh.
Then I watched Karas.
Seemed slow, no storyline, hard to catch on.
Then I watched DBZ.
BOOOORING

Detta, don't read Haruhi. Terrible manga adaptation of an anime is terrible. Just watch the show, lol.
Serperior, you're just watching mainstream stuff. >_>
Try Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Death Note, or Code Geass; they seem to be right up your alley.

 By googling, death note seems...kind of dark...but hey, you never know until you try. FA:B seems interesting! And code geass seems political. I'll try those out. |

Code Geass is insanely good in the first season, lol. Trust me, you would like it. Death note is great too until a certain plot twist (RAGE), and FA: B is all around fantastic.
Neon Genesis Evangelion is my absolute favorite, but if you're just getting into anime, those 3 that I recommended are great.

Just got Lucky Star volume 7 and Soul Eater volume 1.
I need to call the manager of Barnes and Noble now. THEY HAVE NO ZETSUBOU SENSEI.

You can't go by what is on an "anime" site. Anime 44 has non-anime like Kim Possible and Megas XLR (the only place I found that has all episodes, so I'm not complaining). |

Gah, watching The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumia in airing order make so little sense! I'm one episode away with finishing season 1 though.
Also, the president of my anime club introduced me to the weirdest episode of Zetsubou Sensei I've ever seen. Season 2, episiode 7.
So yeah.
