Ok, the issue I'm finding is that the devs (namely DMX) reveal bits and pieces of the roster to the entire community. It would be understandable to reveal parts of or the whole roster to people active in Crusade's development, such as the Spriting Team, but if you reveal parts to the entire community there's bound to be people who object.
Solution?
Stop spoiling the roster. Simple as that.
As for those on the Spriting Team you wish to have knowledge of the roster, just give each a few characters to choose from instead of giving them the entire roster. Then upon finishing one character they get either a new set or choose from the same set as before. This way, only the devs know the whole roster. All the characters you know are disliked by the community you'll just have to sprite yourself, such as the new Pokemon Trainer, Morrigan, etc, because I know most people on the Spriting Team share the community's views.
Now then. How about we get back on topic, seeing as this is the Dojo thread, not the "complain about the roster and the devs being 'unreasonable' thread".
