As far as character balance goes, I think version 0.6 has definitely been the best so far. However, 0.7 is coming up, so I'm now taking final input from anyone who thinks more tweaks to the characters are necessary.

Here are some major engine changes to consider:
- Falling speed is now 20% higher
- Gravity is 20% higher
- Hit stun formula is different, usually allowing more hit stun in most cases
- No more rolling off edges or grabbing airborne enemies
- Knockback growth is now 10% higher, which doesn't sound like much, but it makes quite a big difference in KO power
- Shield stun is generally 3-5 frames less on all attacks
So far, the most important character changes have been
- Goku's being resprited and will feature a new moveset! His Kaioken has also been nerfed, causing him more damage and lasting about two seconds less time.
- The stun properties of Zero Suit Samus's and Krystal's special attacks have changed, disallowing stun chains.
- Fox's Reflector is nearly impossible to combo from in most cases. However, he is better at juggling with his other moves.
- Samus's Bomb Jump has been slightly improved, enhancing her ability to run away and helping her to recover.
- Toad's Veggie has been nerfed slightly in terms of knockback, and his Down Smash has less shield stun.
- Kirby now runs faster and has slightly higher knockback on some moves. He also gains the Parasol ability from Peach and Toad.
- Krystal's knockback on a few moves was reduced. However, there have been no changes to frame data, etc.
- Peach has more damage on Down Smash, as well as having better hitboxes on several normal attacks, and other minor buffs.
- Snake jumps a bit higher (relative to the other characters), and has less landing time on all aerial moves. His Up Aerial and Back Aerial are also more powerful.
- Evil Ryu has some new moves and new animations, including a new alternate Final Smash, Messatsu Go Shoryu. He is also faster, but easier to launch from the stage than before.
- Mega Man has better hitboxes and frame data on many normal attacks. In particular, his Down Air Attack has a larger hitbox, as well as his Jab having a larger hitbox and coming out 1 frame faster.
