	Originally the ruleset was 5-stock 6-minute 4-player FFA with all items on high, but after the TO saw my R.O.B. in the first round he changed it to a 6-minute KO fest "because the game isn't called Super Smash Brothers Run-away-and-time-your-opponents-out".

Popularity: Super Mario RPG made it onto the Virtual Console. A number of characters and scenes from this game made it into a children's book. There was a fan-made animation of this game with lyrics to the song "Beware of the Forest's Mushrooms" on Newgrounds. IIRC, Geno was the most requested character for Brawl, even though he didn't get in. Also IIRC, the song "Beware of the Forest's Mushrooms" was a song that didn't make the final cut into Brawl. He also made a cameo appearance in Mario and Luigi: SuperStar Saga. Added to this, there are many videos on youtube about him being in Brawl, and there's even a brawl hack for him. 5
Uniqueness: He's a doll possesed by a star that uses star magic. He has a special name that cannot be pronounced, ¢½¢Ü!?. No one else is like that. 4
Viability: He has sprites that are set and ready for him, probably complete. Of them, the only thing that seems hard to code would be the FS, for being immensely large, but that's a small reason. He'd fit in very well, being about the size and physique of Mario. 4.5
