Ideas for story mode.

Well after spending some time reading over all the super awsome ideas for Story Mode I thought it would be cool if I came up with my own. SO here it goes (I grabbed alot from Datteus(hope I spelled it right))

====Story====

I was sort of thinking of this story being similar to the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn. Anyway, What I was thinking was that it would take a place a while after tabuu had started. It would begin with completely new fighters from diffrent generations. An unknown entity suddenly surfaces and instead of destroying the land it seems to feed off of it and suck the life from the world. Whenever it finished destroying a city it is left in a glitched-type state (sorta like if you were to glitch up pokemon red or original gold and silver and walk around).

Soon after the monster surfaces they decide to find the legendary pokemon trainer by the name of Red, seeing as ash is the master of pokemon, these new fighters thought they would be able find out what pokemon this is. After going through a couple of stages the finally find Red and he tells them the legacy of the Unknown Pokemon, the pokemon that was never officially noticed in all pokedexes A.K.A MissingNo. Red decides to join the team as they soon find out that more entities have showed up.

MissingNo didn't just want the life of some worlds, it wanted each and every world and new that it wouldn't be able to do it alone. So it decide to take the worlds most known villians and claim them his own. Crazy Hand, worked on with Master Hand decided it would follow this new powerful entity in hopes of itself gaining power and strength. Crazy Hand knew that Master Hand would want some of the power so he quickly defeated Master Hand and pursued MissingNo with the intent of joining him. Master Hand sent Prime Minister, A trusted servant of his, to goto the new fighters and assist them anyway that he possibly could.

MissingNo also decided that he would revive Tabuu, one of the fighters greatest challenges since Master Hand and Crazy Hand themselves. It knew that with the powers of itself and Tabuu alone could take over the world, but it did not expect crazy hand to ask to join as well. With that the 3 baddest enemies were born.(Of course you could throw in how the other baddies come in but this is just my thought)

Red told the New Fighters that if they wanted any chance of winning the upcoming battles, they would have to find the original nintendo fighters along with the original fighters from other worlds. Mario, Link, Bomberman, Glover, Sonic, Ristar, Kirby etc;. Thus the New Fighters set on their journey to find the original fighters and stop MissingNo.

Well, there are a couple problems with it:
1: It's not that hard to look up a couple posts and check the username >.< It's spelled "Dettadeus".
2: It's focused on the Pokemon reps as the main characters, and while I personally don't have a problem with this, others might. SSE didn't focus too much on any given character or franchise.
3: MissingNo definitely doesn't seem the type to do that purposefully.
4: I'm assuming you mean the Ancient Minister, not the Prime Minister.
5: If you do mean the Ancient Minister, he's not a trusted servant of Master Hand. He used to be the ruler of the Island of the Ancients (hence his name was Master Robot), and he had no relations with Master Hand before Tabuu invaded and took the island ransom.

Not sure what else there is.
Also, there's a forum member here named red.

EDIT: Although you've given me an idea: It could be a continuation of the Adventure Mode story; Crazy Hand tries to usurp power from Master Hand again by reviving Tabuu, but is, as expected, completely overpowered by it and becomes Tabuu's slave as Master Hand was.

On number 3, I've heard a lot of people argue that it was more Kirby oriented.

With a cut cutscene that involved the usurp of the Halberd, King Dedede saving the day with his special brooches, Meta Knight leading a few teams (first the two Fire Emblem characters, then Snake and Lucario) until he gets his ship back, Kirby helping revive everyone (because he ate one of Dedede's brooches), etc.

While it does make sense, I feel that it wasn't really Kirby oriented, but Kirby elements were prominent because Sakurai MADE the Kirby series. Whether that was intentional or not is anyone's guess though.

That's adventure mode, as far as I know.
Adventure Mode coincides with the planned intro, story's gonna be somewhat unrelated.

It's less story based than an actual story mode. The only real story is that Master Hand and Crazy Hand are fighting over a character.
This would actually be story-driven.

Technically, The Hands are like the hands of two children, right? (Or, one child)

The whole Smash story shouldn't be anything more than a mere childs game overblown into an epic story.

In fact, Tabuu was probably something like a Parent figure. Controlling the child. The Off waves could be something like the Parent yelling at the kid to stop playing with the toys, Thus, that is why they are a 1 hit kill.

This story could be something like The other kid (Crazy Hand) wants to do something that Master Hand doesn't, like, play with different toys. So, that simple thing turns into a war.

No, No. Nobody even was actually killed. This is just stuff played out in the childs head.

Tabuu could be his dad, and the energy chains on Master Hand could be parental control over how long he can play his game.

Master Hand attacking him could be the kid trying to resist restraint, but is ultimately put back in his place.

Subspace could represent the child being smothered by his parents trying to rule his life (non-violently, of course.)

Tabuu's defeat could represent the kid finally getting freedom from his parents restraints, and he can play his game whenever and however he wants.

It's like a game within the game. In fact, since so many characters are IN this game, the Feud between the hands could be the kid not knowing what toys to use since he has so many now, that he splits them up. Leading to the Civil War in the childs mind.

See? It doesn't have to be some convoluted new boss character.

1. Olimar doesn't talk.
2. Pikmin talk less than Olimar does.
3. The entire thing makes extremely little sense.
4. As far as I've heard, there pretty much isn't going to be a story mode in the first place. Which is probably why this thread has been inactive for nearly 3 months.
