better than daisy imo

Except that Daisy has been in most all of the sports games, and Waluigi hasn't appeared outside of those AT ALL. Waluigi's inclusion should make Daisy easily viable. Waluigi already covers the sports genre. We don't need another. Besides, Waluigi does more to be different than Daisy. Daisy would be too much like Peach statwise if not movesetwise. Don't give me the whole "Flower Power" thing, either. Otherwise Yoshi would have Rainbow attacks, and Waluigi would be using various gadgets and purple vines. |

Daisy would totally be a heavyweight. By what logic? Is she secretly fat or something? Heavyweights are characters like Bowser and DK, and Wario being one of the LIGHTER of that class. She is definitely not Wario's weight or more. As for the whole moveset thing, there's a difference. Captain Falcon literally had NOTHING to work with. Daisy has things to work with, but they'd be too similar to existing characters. (Peach, Waluigi, and to some extent, Zelda and her magic, etc.) And I wasn't saying that she has no moveset potential. I'm saying that she has nothing that someone doesn't already have. |

He's packing a lot of heat, if you know what I mean.
Joking aside, Falcon uses semi-realism, so would be heavy. Snake uses full realism, so he's pretty damn heavy compared to someone like Mario.
Daisy, not using realism, would be Peach's weight if not slightly heavier. Even if she DID use realism, she wouldn't be Falcon's weight. Falcon is a Light-Heavyweight. Daisy would AT MOST be a Middleweight like Mario, or even a Light-Middleweight.

Who needs Daisy or Peach, get Pauline from the original Donkey Kong.
I actually used to think Peach and Daisy were the same when I was a kid. Then I learned that they were different. Then I played melee where Daisy was a costume for Peach confusing me even further. Point being they are almost the same character as far as looks, but they have potential to be as different of characters as mario and luigi.

That would actually seem more like an insult to those who wanted Daisy in.
That's like having a "Luigi Mode" for Mario instead of Luigi.
Daisy being an Expansion wouldn't be bad, but I don't want her in the main roster. We will have enough Mario and Mario related characters once the game is released.
