I have a fun little game for you all. It's a common forum game that everybody loves and hates. Here's how it works:
In this game, posters will count upwards, starting with one. The next poster will post two, the next poster three, and so on. We try to see how high we can get the number. BUT. There's a trick... Each time a Mod, Admin, or Dev (MAYBE counting DMX) posts, the number RESETS. Hence, the name "the Reset Button". Now just in case someone doesn't get it, here's an example.
Rules on posting:
-Since this is a small forum, you may post safely every 5 posts (and this may be increased if we get more active members). To make it fair, Mods, Devs and Admins (and again, maybe DMX) can only reset every 10 posts. If a poster breaks this rule, the count is reset. If a Mod, etc. breaks this rule, the count is not reset. HOWEVER, the other side must call them out on this for the rule to be broken (so if you don't get caught you're safe).
-Just to keep the game going, if 24 hours have passed since the last post on the thread (to clarify, not your last post), you can ignore the 5-post rule and increase the number. Sort of like how you can double-post if 24 hours have passed since your last post on the thread, except it only applies to the last post in general. Mods, etc. cannot do this.
-CHECK YOUR POST TO MAKE SURE YOU DIDN'T GET NINJA'D. If two people post the same number, the count is NOT increased twice. You can edit your post if you're ninja'd so it increases the count.
-Don't cheat by deleting posts. Examples of this would be deleting a number of your posts so that a Mod etc. is posting more than once per 10. Just don't. It makes the game less fun for all involved.
And there just MIIIIGGGHHHTTT be a reward -if I can think one up and get Nights/Werekill involved- for the people who manage to get to the goal.
Which, btw, is currently set at 25.

User 1: ONE post to rule them all.
User 2: Who thinks we can make it 2 the goal?
Det: LOLwut that didn't last long.
User 3: GODDANGIT. 1.
