Zorua is pre-evolution.
Zoroark can change shape.
HE CAN CONFUSE YOU.
For example, if the devs say he won't be in the game AT ALL, they lie. He'll be in there.
But he'll probably be disguised as a building or something.

Also, Moai is from Gradius, a ship shooting game. They appear as enemies that shoot at you. In multiple Konami crossovers, Moai is featured as a playable character. Apparently Moai is to Konami as Frank West is to Capcom.
(In the sense that they are extremely well liked by the company and are somewhat whored off.)

Zorua is pre-evolution. Zoroark can change shape. HE CAN CONFUSE YOU. Like Da Mango said, Zoroark is canonically a she. Zorua is a he, however. And Zorua transforms too. Into the most hilarious things. Heck, he could be his own character. Half his moves would be transforming into other people and attacking as them. Like Butz (Bartz for those not aware of his meme) in Dissidia. He uses other people's weapons in his attacks, and meshes them into new combos. Zorua has potential on his own, but I think he'd work better as a Kiba/Akamaru kind of pair. |

I like Zoroark to be on her own. Starting to get tired of hearing so many ideas of pairing up characters or putting in transformations. One solid character is fine with me. Just saying.
So far, my top choices of character (unannouced) I like to see playable in Crusade. In order
10. Glover (Glover series)
9. Scorpion (Mortal Kombat)
8. Bubbles (Clu Clu Land)
7. Lip (Panel De Pon)
6. Samurai Goroh (FZero series)
5. Midna (Zelda series)
4. Dr Wright (Sim City series)

Chibi robo would be awesome. I loved that game...
I think Falcon already said that Goroh wasn't going to be in, but that he'd be replaced by another f-zero racer.
