That's what I got on Wikipedia. She's a half-genie, so I guess she could do other genie-type attacks.

Well...
She can transform into different animals (including a harpy), cast magic spells (like fire, thunderclouds), and other stuff. She can also whip opponents with her ponytail.
She is pretty 'coo. Her first game for the Game Boy Color never was really popular, though that's because it came out when the Game Boy Advance came out, so it never got a lot of publicity. A sequel was recently released for DSiWare.
EDIT:
Also, just because you don't like Sora in SSF2, doesn't mean Crusade can make him better.

Sora (Kingdom Hearts) I originally wanted Sora in a smash game, but SSF2 showed me how awful of a character he would be.That is a HORRIBLE reason to not want him in. It's like playing SSF2 and deciding that Smash is bad. |

Well everyone has their own opinions. I actually would love to see Crusade make Sora better than what SSF2 can do because SSF2 (no offense for SSF2 devs or fans who might be here reading this) totally ruins the quality of a great character. I expect Sora to be better in SSF2, but SSF2 tried their best. So yeah, Sora may be a good character in Crusade.

I guess they do deserve to get in, plus your stamina idea would Agumon interesting and balanced to use. I would like them in myself.

Possibly. Though I'm not the biggest fan of Digimon. Always thought it as a rip-off of Pokémon.
Course, it really isn't, but I used to think it was.
