Note: I'm putting this here because Smashking did as well. And if Balloon Fighter gets in(which I'd absolutely love), I'd like this moveset to be used.
Balloon Fighter Moveset
Gimmick: Balloon Fighter starts with one balloon. You have to use down special to gain more, thus changing your playstyle. You can have two balloons max.
Standard Special: Balloon Fighter uses a Pump to gain an extra balloon. This takes about three seconds, and if an opponent attacks you during that time you lose it and would have to start all over.
Forward Special: Balloon Fighter throws a flipper. It works exactly how it does in SSBM, and you can be hit by it.
Down Special: Balloon Pop: Balloon Fighter pops all of his balloons, causing an explosion that does knockback and damage. More balloons, more damage. Credit to Gigapichu.
Up Special: THIS MOVE MAKES HIM UNIQUE. Balloon Fighter uses a pump which makes his balloon grow much, muchy larger. Spam the button to make it grow as much as you can! The bigger your balloon/balloons is/are, the higher you'll go! HOWEVER, if you press the button too much your balloons will pop! After you're in the air, you can slowly descend. The more balloons, the slower you'll descend. You are free to use your neutrals, and suspension will stay. Your balloons slowly decrease in size.
Final Smash: Balloon Trip: The Balloon Trip minigame starts. As always, there are electric bolts and balloons. The balloons will be colored based on your opponent's/opponents' color. (i.e. blue to 2p, green to 3p) For each balloon you pop, your opponent will gain 10% damage. No knockback can be given during the final smash, and if you get hit, you go back to the battlefield.
If you have no balloon, you have two jumps, are more nimble and quick, and a few of your neutrals change. You also cannot use your up special or your down special.
If you have one balloon, you have three jumps, are a bit lighter, less fast, and can be suspended in air longer.
IF you have two balloons, you have four jumps, are very light, attacks involving your balloon grows stronger, and can be suspended in air longer.
Taunt: Balloon Fighter flaps his arms, based on what he does to rise in BAlloon Fight. Credit to Gigapichu.
A Attack: Balloon Fighter punches with his left hand.
AA Attack: Balloon Fighter does a jump kick with his right foot.
AAA: Upon landing, BF does a downwards headbutt. If no balloons, it's just a headbutt. If one balloon, there's an extra hit. If two balloons, your second hit is stronger.
Side Tilt: Pushes with both hands together. Think Ness's up tilt, but sideways. The more balloons you have, the farther you'll go.
Up Tilt: BF jumps upwards and kicks upward. The more balloons he has, the higher he'll jump.
Down Tilt: Slides on his back and kicks in front of him. If any balloons, after he does that he'll quickly jump up and come back down. If none, he'll get back up on his own, a bit slower than with a balloon.
Dash Attack: As he is running, he does a short leap and is several inches (maybe a foot) off the ground. He is in a seated position while in the air with his legs extended forward. Kinda like a double front kick in the end (credit to Smashking). If no balloons, he'll do a jump double no.3 side kick. Which basically means he'll quickly jump, but his two legs by his chest, and rams into the opponent with them both out. Kinda like a move that a character from Soul Calibur can use (forget his name, IIRC he's a heavyweight that isn't nightmare).
Side Smash: BF puts on a beak on his nose, and then rams forward. Based on what his opponents do, this has great forward knockback.
Up Smash: If any balloons, he'll crouch, charging, then jump upwards, attacking with his balloon/balloons. The more you charge, the higher you go. If no balloons, he'll crouch, but do a backwards head smash like Toad.
Down Smash: If two balloons, he'll rub them together, causing static electricity to come from both sides. Credit to StayPuft. If one balloon, he'll crouch, and the balloon will hit downwards in front of him. Meteor smash if done right next to a ledge. If no balloons, he'll punch to the front of him then to the back of him.
Neutral Aerial: Spins like a flipper.
Forward Aerial: Side tilt in air. Except if you have any balloons, he'll go further than he did on ground, and if no balloons he won't move at all.
Upward Aerial: Another upwards headbutt. Again, if any balloons, he'll attack twice, and the second hit will be stronger if two balloons. VERY slight possibility of a meteor smash in one frame as he puts his head downwards.
Backward Aerial: Makes his back go backwards, a bit like Bowser's bair. If no balloons, no movement, if any balloons, movement.
Downward Aerial: BF descends downwards with his feet both below him. The less balloons you have, the faster he'll go.
Pummel: Balloon Fighter punches, if no balloons. If one balloon, it's two hits, and two balloons, the second hit will be stronger.
Forward Throw: Pushes opponent. The more balloons you have, the farther you'll go with him and push him, and none, you'll just stay still.
Upward Throw: If you have one or two balloons, you'll grab your opponent and bring him up with you, until dropping him on the ground. You can stay in the air after that. Think Tails's sky drop in Sonic The Fighters. If no balloons, then he'll jump and drop the opponent on the floor, but he'll fall right next to him.
Backward Throw: Swings backwards. If any balloons, he'll jump and throw, giving the opponent some height.
Downward Throw: A fish will pop out of the ground, grab the opponent, and bring him to the ground, making him grounded. Don't ask, lol. A large WTF move here.
Edge Attack: If any balloons, he'll jump and use his two feet to descend to the ground quickly. If no balloons, he'll crawl up and punch.
