I personally love creating movesets. And I want to do MOAR. So request a character here! They can be a video game character(protagonist(s), antagonist(s), NPCs, or enemies) an anime/TV Show/Movie character, a comic character, or a real person. If I do not know the character/much about the character, I either won't do it or will probably make a bad moveset. The following is what you should post:
Character: Comes from: (video game, anime, comic, etc.) Series: Games/episodes/volumes/etc appeared in: Type of moveset: (meaning it can be all moves or just specials. I may end up doing all even if you say just specials, though.)
Example:
Character: Adam Malkovich Comes from: Video Game Series: Metroid Games appeared in: Metroid: Other M, Metroid: Zero Mission Type of Moveset: Full
OK, get requesting! :3

I'm rather proud of this moveset...I even want to play as him now, lol.
Zant:
Fighting Style: Similar to Voldo in both appearance and fighting style, his moveset will be VERY confusing and fun to use.
Abilities: Crawl.
A: Zant slashes with his left hand diagonally. AA: Zant slashes with his other hand diagonally. AAA: Zant rapidly slashes, doing many hits like meta knight. AAAA: Zant will do a downwards hit with both swords. AAAAA: Zant brings his swords upwards. AAAAAA: Zant then turns around and kicks.
FTilt: Twin diagonal slashes. This makes him go a tiny bit farther each time he uses one. Can go on until you stop pressing the button. UTilt: Zant leans backwards, and brings his first hand back upwards, then the other one upwards, then the 1st one down then the second one down. For a total of 4 hits. DTilt: Zant does a somersault, doing mutliple hits, like Dioboromon in Digimon Rumble Arena 2. However, you have some lag afterwards.
FSmash: Zant does a downwards slash with both hands like Falco, then does a flip and attacks with his feet. This makes him end up on the ground. USmash: Stabs upwards with both swords. If he hits an enemy, he pushes the opponent to the ground and jumps, leaving you in the air in the end and the opponent on the ground. DSmash: Zant starts spinning around, spin-spin-spin, doing multiple attacks, and you can even move while you're doing this attack! However, at the end you're dizzy for a bit and are open to attacks. The more you charge, the longer you can spin and have to recharge.
Dash Attack: A few front hand springs. 50% chance of ending on the ground. Ledge Attack: Zant uses extreme stretching to make his feet go up on the ground first, doing damage, then brings himself up to slash. Ledge Attack(weak): Zant crawls upwards, then spins around. You're on the ground. Ground attack: you spin around. You're still on the ground.
NAir: Zant goes upside down and spins his hands side to side, as well as his feet, doing multiple damage. If you land on the ground afterwards, he'll spin for a bit and land on the floor afterwards. FAir: Zant kicks with both feet in front of him. If he doesn't hit anybody, he stays in place BAir: Zant does several backhand springs in the air...somehow...this moves him backwards, doing several damages. UAir: Zant puts both hands down and brings them upwards, sending the opponent upwards. DAir: Zant puts both hands up and brings them downwards, making a spike.
Pummel: Zant pulls his hand back for a powerful, multi-hitting slash. It's hard to do more than per grab, though. FThrow: Zant puts his sword through the opponent, runs with him, then kicks him off. If he hits a wall within 5 seconds, he rams him against the wall. BThrow: Zant throws his opponent backwards and shoots a few twilight shots at him. Think Fox, but more horizontal. UThrow: Zant puts his sword through the opponent, and spins him around until punching him off with the other hand. IIRC Voldo can do a similar move. DThrow: Zant turns around, making the opponent hold him, then jumps backwards to land on him.
NSpecial: Twilight Shot: Zant shoots a barrage of Twilight energy at the opponent. The more you hold the button, the more you shoot. If you move the control stick, he will slightly change his aim. If used in the air, he can tilt in any direction as well, and also slows down his falling tremendously. USpecial: Twilight Teleport: You saw this coming, didn't you? However, Zant's version is one that you might actually want to avoid instead of using it. Somewhat similar to Duskmon's up special in Digimon Rumble Arena 2, if you use this he'll go to any place on the battlefield. If you're next to an opponent, you'll go away from the opponent. If you're away from an opponent, you'll go next to an opponent. However, you're going to want to be careful when using this. You might just end up under the stage! Can easily and quickly be linked into a neutral. FSpecial: Stab of Torture: Zant stabs forwards, and if he stabs onto someone the opponent will be stuck in his hand! Any neutrals you do that involve attacking with your sword will not only do damage to your opponent, but the person stuck in your sword as well! However, the guy stuck in your sword will make you heavier, your Twilight shot will shoot a projectile from his right hand only, thus slowing it down, but the other shot will hit the opponent in your sword as well. In addition, if you use your up special, the opponent will be dropped, you cannot grab, and if you use side special you'll throw him. Lasts for 15 seconds. DSpecial: Twilight Zone: Oh no! Zant just made a portion of the stage go away, and is now surrounded with a red, transparent sphere! If an enemy goes there, they will not touch it, and fall through, however Zant can do so. This gets smaller and smaller the longer it is used, and it lasts 10 seconds.
Final Smash: Twilight Portal: A blue, twilight induced hole appears at the top of the stage (like with the Bridge of Eldin in brawl). Suddenly, a pillar falls down quickly! This can do some serious knockback if you do not avoid it! After it hits the ground, it breaks.

In all seriousness that Zant moveset was great. I would support that moveset in Crusade, and over Skull Kid, too.

Thanks, Sliss! Almost done with Skull Kid btw. I renamed him "Skull Kid & Majora" to both make more sense and stretchen out his moveset. Only aerials, throws, and Final Smash left. FS is going to be Majora's Wrath btw. EDIT: Skull Kid & Majora
Fighting Style: A bit crazy yet calm at times. Most moves involving using different masks as a reference to Majora's Mask, which is why people love him so much. If he changes to a shapeshifting mask, his weight will change. Decided to call him "Skull Kid & Majora" because that makes more sense.
A: Hook Punches with back hand. AA: Turns around and elbows the opponent. AAA: Does a kick. This combo is based on Zora Link's combo.
FTilt: Does two powerful punches that are in flames(for two hits) then turns around and attacks with his back. Based on Goron Link's combo. UTilt: Spins like a ballerina, doing a few hits with no knockback at the end. Based on a move from Majora's Incarnation. DTilt: Skull Kid does a Mexican hat dance-like dance, kicking a few times to do a few hits. Based on a move from Majora's Incarnation.
Dash Attack: Skull Kid turns blue and dashes forward at a faster speed. After the move is over, you keep on running. Does several hits, and is based off a move from Majora's Incarnation. Ledge Attack: Skull Kid jumps up and kicks. Ledge Attack(weak): Majora's Mask comes off of Skull Kid, rises, Skull Kid hangs onto Majora's hair things, and the Mask slams forward, then goes back to Skull Kid. Ground Attack: Spin kicks, then comes back up.
FSmash: Does a flip and attacks with a kick. Based on Zora Link's Jump Attack. USmash: Majora's Mask comes off of Skull kid, goes above him, and spins around, doing several hits, then going back to Skull Kid. DSmash: Throws a Deku Nut on the ground. This explodes, stunning enemies on both sides.
Nair: Skull Kid spins, with a few leaves flying and a bit of air, which slightly affects the movement of an opponent. FAir: Skull Kid uses a slingshot and shoots a rock, which is affected by gravity. UAir: Majora comes off of Skull Kid, Skull Kid hangs onto Majora's hair, and swings over him, kicking, putting the mask back on. BAir: Skull Kid takes Majora off, spins him behind him, attacking a few times with Majora's hair, until putting Majora back on. DAir: Skull Kid takes Majora off, stands on the mask, and if he hits an enemy he'll bounce, doing a bit of damage to an opponent, staying on the mask, and doing multiple hits. Maximum of 3 hits per dair. This is NOT a meteor smash.
Pummel: Majora's Mask comes off of Skull Kid, hits the opponent, and goes back to Skull Kid. FThrow: Skull Kid blows through a horn-like object, blowing the opponent away. Based on something he can do in TP. UThrow: SK throws the opponent upwards, and Majora goes upwards and slams against him. DThrow: Skull Kid throws the opponent on the floor, jumps on him, and Majora comes off and bashes him. BThrow: Skull Kid strafes behind the opponent and pushes him backwards.
NSpecial: Zora Boomerangs: Skull Kid puts on the Zora Mask, and sets his fins in a position that is ready to shoot. The longer you hold the button, the longer he'll keep the boomerangs out. You can aim by moving the control stick and strafe by moving the C Stick, and if you release it he'll shoot the two boomerangs, and they'll hit the opponents very fast, and come back at him. If you hold the button down afterwards, you'll be ready for another shot. You can also strafe while shooting your opponent. USpecial: Flower Fly: Skull Kid puts on the Deku Mask, and uses flowers to fly high in the sky, and from then on can slowly descend forwards and backwards. However, if you move too far forwards you'll move your feet, indicating you're about to fall. If you move back, though, then it's fixed. You can also shoot Deku Nuts below you by pressing the b button in midair, and by pressing the down button you'll automatically go down. Fire moves are stronger against you during this period. DSpecial: Bomb Mask: Skull Kid puts on the Bomb Mask. You are unable to do any other specials with this on, and if you press b at any time, it'll explode, doing some damage to you and some damage and knockback to the opponent. You can explode at anytime, even midst of a combo or grab. FSpecial: Goron Roll: Skull Kid puts on a Goron Mask, and rolls forward. It's very hard to turn, although possible, and the more you roll the stronger you are. At first, it's a simple roll, then he gets on fire, then spikes grow. If you hit a wall it makes you go the other way, and the only way to stop is to press B again. Final Smash: Majora's Wrath: Majora turns into Majora's wrath, and Skull Kid is left as a corpse on the floor. Majora can use a combo(horizontal whip, upward whips, downward whips) tilts(which are basically those moves, only single) and a special move to spin around, attacking multiple amounts of times, and is hard to get out of. He has insane range, stretching as far as final destination, and lasts 25 seconds. If you get hit, you take no knockback but have minimal damage. Afterwards, he'll disentegrate, turn into a mask, and Skull Kid will pick him up.

Just an FYI, guys. Video game characters will come first, then irl people, then cartoon people. Just because it takes much longer to do the cartoon characters and because I'm biased for video game characters. Magikarp will take some time though...I'm tempted to make him float and swim as if he's in an ocean, like Goldeen and some other pokemon in the console games, but he's never actually done that.

Magikarp
Playstyle: EXTREMELY different and quirky. Mostly attacks by crouching on the ground. Grab was added to the list, as well as edge hold, due to his odd style.
Combo: Jumps in place a lot. Any opponent trapped is hit a few times.
FTilt: Turns and tail slaps. UTilt: Jumps quickly upward. Differs from up smash by being quick and focusing on getting the opponent away, rather than knockback. DTilt: Dashes forward, sliding on the ground. Water is splashed a bit.
FSmash: Jumps vertically to the direction and goes back on the ground. USmash: Jumps a bit higher. The more you charge, the higher you jump. DSmash: Spins around.
Dash Attack: Jumps forwards for a bit and goes back to land. Side Special, but doesn't jump as high and if you touch a ledge you stop there. Ledge Hold: Holds on with a bite. Tail flaps rapidly. Ledge Attack(weak): climbs up, slaps with tail, and falls down to idle. Ledge Attack: Climbs up and slides. Ground Attack: spins around. On the ground: motionless. Get Up: Gains motion.
NAir: Spins around, facing the audience. This does knockback for one hit against an opponent. You keep on using this move until you press a different aerial. UAir: tail swipes upward with the longer part facing the audience. goes backwards. BAir: Tail swipe backwards. FAir: Tail swipe forwards. DAir: Tail swipe downwards.
Grab: Jumps upwards with mouth upwards, then goes back down. If lands, his mouth is on the opponents head. Pummel: Bites. FThrow: Jumps off and tail slaps while going onto the ground. The opponent is free to move around in the period before he slaps. UThrow: Throws the opponent upwards, and magikarp is in the air for a bit afterwards. DThrow: Releases, and slams down on the opponent, then jumps and splashes on him a few times. BThrow: Jumps off and hits with head backwards.
NSpecial: Splash: BUT NOTHING HAPPENED USpecial: Bounce: Magikarp flies downward really fast. If he lands on the ground, he'll bounce upwards, enabling you to do it again. You can also land on an opponent as a meteor smash/spike, also rising. If you use it when you're trying to recover....-1 STOCK FSpecial: Tackle: Magikarp jumps forward, hitting an opponent. However, he is rather slow when attacking, and an opponent can easily grab/attack him/dodge. Good for horizontal recovery, until you get to the end where he'll just go straight down.... DSpecial: Flail: Magikarp spins around rapidly. The more you press the button, the longer you'll hold it. You can also slightly strafe to the left and right. Based on Tentomon's down special in Digimon Rumble Arena 2. Final Smash: Gyarados: WHAT'S THIS? MAGIKARP IS EVOLVING! YOUR MAGIKARP EVOLVED INTO GYARADOS! During this period, you get a semi moveset:
Ftilt/Combo: Tail swipe. DTilt: crouches and bites. UTilt: Bites upwards.
Smashes: More powerful versions of the tilts.
Nair/Bair/Fair: Bites forward. Uair: Tail swipe upward. DAir: Bites downward.
NSpecial: Dragon Rage: Gyarados shoots a dragon rage downwards to the right, diagonally. When it lands, it'll create a ring of fire for a period of time. SSpecial: Hydro Pump: Blows a hydro pump in front of him diagonally downwards. Powerful. DSpecial: Water Pulse: A Pulse of water is shot diagonally downwards. This will stun the opponent, but will not do any damage. USpecial: Bounce. Same as Magikarp.
Taunt: Roars. The stage shakes.
NOTE: THE ONLY WAY TO GET OUT OF THIS IS TO DIE. CONGRATULATIONS, YOU'RE NOW NOT USELESS.
Taunt: Goes on his belly, shines gold for a second, then falls and goes back to a reddish-orange.
I was EXTREMELY tempted to make Final Smash HAX, making him do a combination of Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, and Hyper Beam, as a reference to people who love hacking him, but I decided against it. Definitely not my best work though. Probably due to Magikarp's limits.
