How to get moar People on Crusade! ScreenFun is a popular Gaming Magazine here where I live. You can send them E-mails on Letters and the,if your are lucky, get in the section "Now you" . I could send them a E-mail about Crusade. They could Test it. Give Crusade a chance and get more people! What you think and should i E-mail em 0.6 or wait for 1.0 ? Still, the Magazine is in Serbian so i could translate something from here, something from there, and i could write something.

Hmm...I think this could work. As long as Nintendo can't do anything about it...If they can...

That can work but that is. But still Nintendo don't destroy Fan-Games.

Daw, although what you just stated is a popular belief, it has been challenged by a recent event.
SMBX was a very popular mario fangame untill the creator redigit/demilogic ceased all production and publication claiming that he was asked to do so by Nintendo.
This however is in turn contested by individuals who consider the posibility this was nothing but a fake e-mail.
We should be careful from now on.
Law-wise we are propably fine as long as we do not profit.

They had Super Smash Land in a Polish magazine.
Being recognized by wide audience does not make Nintendo care about your fangame unless it's an exact remake. If it didn't work like that, SSF2 would have been shut down already.
SMBX case is pretty new. It might have been someone's joke, but I think that SMBX may have been getting too good and Nintendo thought that it could threaten the sales of 2D Mario games. and if it happened, I believe that the fact SMBX had a wikipedia page heavily contributed to this - epic part below is based only on comments on his youtube channel - BUT, there is also one more option. Author of SMBX got tired of that project and canceled it. Fans were still bitching, so to ultimately shut them up he made up a poor excuse of lawyers calling him. That's possible because I saw fans of that project bitching on his youtube account why he shows no progress on project long before the call (in comment, which appeared about a week ago, he says "Last friday"). The fact his account suddenly became Terraria themed (some Minecraft fangame that is pretty advanced in development) only proves that.
I think that as long as SSBC is not too similar to original Smash Bros. games in terms of graphics and gameplay, devs are safe.
If Crusade appears in that magazine, it would be interesting to see the scans and translation of article.

I've noticed recently that IGN has posted a few articles about Fan Games. I'd love to see SSBC up there on the site.

But only if they don't bash it or something. That'd be terrible.

But only if they don't bash it or something. That'd be terrible. Uhh, let's wait for the next update so as to reduce the chance of this happening! ;D At least we'll have Classic by then.

Bump. Something that interesting. Screenfun tested "Street of Rage Remake" a FAN-GAME and gave it a A- . What you guys think about Crusade? What would Crusade got?

A remake? Exactly like the game itself? Give it a few weeks for Nintendo/Capcom/whoever to find it, I bet it'll be shut down.

It is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long on the Internet. And,no,it isn't a remake,it's a new game. 106 levels and 16 endings.

Crusade, at this stage, would get a low grade. Maybe a C.
