maybe the mouth should be lower than the eyes then. Otherwise it looks fantastic, I'm pleased by the style.

In Battle Revolution, if Drifloon uses Ominous Wind or another wind-based attack, a hole opens up in the center of the X, hence that's it's mouth. So that's why it's mouth is there instead of lower.

Wow, these look nice. By the way, who is kurokax? only thing I recommend is some darker lines on the DS. I'm guessing it's a white DS but the outline should still be more noticeable. LOVE THE BOTTOM FRAME!!

Kurokax is the name I came up with for my character in White. I was going to be Kurokami, but the limit was one letter too short. Yeah, the first one I kinda rushed because it was for my webcomic which was supposed to be updated about 9 hours prior to when I drew it. The second one is technically tomorrow's comic, but I gave forum-goers and dA a chance to see it early. Also, I'm making Black and White themed comics all this week. Check them out here.

And lookie, another comic that I felt like putting up: No shut up this is most definitely not proof that I've been reading too much "Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei" while playing Pokemon even if it is the best Pokemon/Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei Crossover ever made in the history of ever.

Could you make it slightly less difficult to read?

Which part and how so? The text isn't really that important, it's just the Mario and Luigi version of a song from Hello Dolly.

It was only displaying half of it horizontally, and I had to scroll to the side, which made it lag.
Just my crappy computer.

It should be up in 5 minutes or so from this post. NARGH IT'S FAILING AND I HAVE TO HAVE DINNER I'll try and get it to work. If all else fails, I'll just record it and upload it to youtube myself.

That was quite a long video!! I enjoyed it immensely, but I think one of these days you should make one super sped up just for kicks. I can't believe your doing that all with a mouse, not even a tablet.
Nevermind on the tablet thing!! sorry, I guess I'm not good at knowing what someone is using.

I can't believe your doing that all with a mouse, not even a tablet. What? I use a Wacom Bamboo tablet. I can't do squat with a mouse XD Also, I was in the middle of finishing this week's story arc when I pressed F11 in an attempt to get rid of some of the stuff on a screenshot of minecraft, and apparently that was linked to "STOP RECORDING". So I'm half way through finishing the recording/drawing of that. EDIT: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF- AUGH CAMTASIA WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO ME?!?!?!?! I HATE YOU NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, comic:

Double post? Who cares. Some awesome stuff, since I'm getting close to the date I set for uploading chapter 0 of PMD Chronicles: The War of Darkness. Detta Drifloon: Character Concept. *copied from dA* A lot of thought went into creating the personality and attire he would have throughout the story, as well as his abilities and how his side of the plot is developed. But first, a little background on the general plot of the story, since it will shine some light on some other decisions made with the characters. The story is based loosely on a combination of the early Naruto plot woven around the story mode of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2, with a little Final Fantasy VII bits thrown into the characters for good measure (will be explained later). The roles are mixed and matched some, and so Detta and Zeek share some traits of both Naruto and Sasuke (Detta wants to bring Zeek back, bring peace at any cost to himself, Zeek wants to gain power and defects to Darkness to get it, he becomes rather emo after this). Being the main protagonist of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 gives him the Dimensional Scream. Detta (being as awesome as he is) managed to master this skill to the point where he can force it to activate and show him glimpses of the future and the past. When he forces the Dimensional Scream to activate, his eyes gain pupils of red and grey. This is based on Sasuke's Sharingan, in both design and use. Detta's sword took quite a long time to design. Parts of his character come from Sephiroth; his sword and ability to channel attacks such as Ominous Wind through his sword are a few examples. I decided a katana would be the most fitting type of sword for a Drifloon than, say, Zeek's blade, since it would be light and would allow for swift and flexible attacks. I don't remember how I decided the names for the swords, but the names ended up deciding their attributes, to an extent. Detta's sword, the Reipar (which, coincidentally, is Rapier spelled backwards), is meant to be a misspelling of Reaper. I liked the idea of a katana as Detta's sword, but this name was too good to pass up without giving it the ability to turn into a weapon resembling a scythe. Hence, the blade can rotate by 90 degrees at the hilt, but only in one direction. The design of the hilt is rather obvious; two Exploration Team badges on either side of a gear that allowed the sword to rotate. By pressing the gem in the center, the gear unlocks and allows for the blade to rotate. That's about it. Thanks for checking out the picture and reading all this! ^-^ *end of stuff copied from dA* So yeah. I spent about... two and a half hours making this epic picture. I think this is the first time I've actually shaded something in Flash as well. I think it came out just as I imagined it would.

Bumpy. Fan-art contest entry for BitF's monthly contest. The theme was 3D. Notes: If I have some spare time tomorrow, I'll redo the 3D after adding shading. GOD DANG, this was difficult to figure out. BLARG, I can't draw Link to save my life. Yes, I was gonna add Fox, but I though that if I couldn't draw Link properly, I definitely couldn't draw Fox right.

Had a fun idea for a game so I started on some sprites: The general idea of the game is that Zakks gets sucked into the video game world and has to fight his way through a bunch of different games to finally escape. The Pokemon-style sprites above were completely custom, although I had a reference right next to it. The Cave Story sprites are a simple re-color. Of course, Shiion is going to be the final boss in each level. Some of the games I plan on going through are Pokemon Yellow, Final Fantasy VII (sprite style ftw), Cave Story, and Smash Bros, but I'm definitely going to add a few more. Might come back with a BitF Fan Art Contest entry later this week (don't worry, it's not 3D this time)

Got bored and decided to sprite a Primid in its idle pose. Made it in pieces very carefully, so I decided to include a little process section to show how I got to the finished product. The little color blobs are my "working" palette that displays the colors I use in each piece, while there's an organized one at the end. I'm also working on redrawing it to half the size so I can use it for the Minister. Also, someone please post so that we can be done with this page and that massive contest entry. >_> EDIT: One frame of the Crusade-sized Primid's idle is complete. I'll post after it's complete (perhaps 3-4 frames of it moving up and down), so that should be soon. ALSO. The size of this sprite dictates the size that the Minister's sprites must be, so keep that in mind after you see it. EDIT AGAIN: Still working on the idle, but I got bored and recolored a copy of the first frame to make a Fire Primid. Metal will probably soon follow (after I finish the idle of course). EDIT AGAIN AGAIN: And... VOILA! Now I'mma go to bed. There probably won't be a whole lot of updates because Ocarina of Time 3DS comes out tomorrow and I leave for Italy in a week, but I feel like I at least got something started.
