I think he's already matched his speed. He's already fast enough. Fox is AWESOME.AWESOME Combos.AWESOME SPECIALS!AWESOME EVERYTHING!!! Also his Landmaster needs the spinning availability. INDEED. I'd wondered why that wasn't in there. And also, when shooting the landmaster, the master should go up a little bit, like in Brawl. And this is the result of a subject that played a lot of brawl. Fox is top tier, what did you smoke?? *epic facepalm that destroyed the world* I see why you're not liked. You remind me of Smugleaf. |

Fox's pretty good, but his air game is kinda unreliable. His ground game makes up for that though.

he's my main in every game including this one. Most people don't think he's good in brawl but that's because they haven't faced me (I apologize for the disgusting lack of modesty). I think he's actually top tier brawl in japan or something also. his upair is my favorite finisher.

It all depends on how a person handles a character.

in that case I apologize, and I agree on the tier list, I never used fox because I saw him as number one, I used him because it's just so much fun.

If the Ganondorf player has a bunch of experience and the meta knight person is new to smash, yes.

It's both.
Both the character's capabilities and the player's skill.
It should be taken into account however that some players are much better with low-tier characters.

Yeah obviues, but i mean the tier lsit is based on Player capabilitys, because 2 players with the same skill playing each other. One with ganon and the other with meta. The meta one is gonna win because meta is higher in the list
