Personally, I don't think that this is a good idea, but it's just me.

Lucario is Fighting-Steel. Zoroark is Dark. Although she does play the same role of introducing the new gen as lucario did in the 8th movie. And I guarantee you, Zoroark would have an entirely different style of play than Lucario.

That moveset sounds really awesome, especially the final smash.

Zoroark is Legendary? But it's an evolved form of a Pokemon.

She is technically a legendary pokemon, because she's only available through events right now, along with a few other reasons. She's also technically not a legendary, because she evolves from Zorua. I'd call Zoroark a legendary, personally.
How many pokemon reps do we have planned already? Pikachu, pokemon trainer, lucario, jigglypuff, mewtwo... We could have a lot of pokemon reps. The number isn't nearly as high as the number of mario reps, though.
Oh yeah, Falcon, what do you think about having a Zoroark-Zorua duo character?

I think Zoroark is a good pokemon rep for SSBC. When I first heard about it during last summer, I was amazed at the appearance of this pokemon. It's more unique for the 5th generation and it has more originality and creativity. I believe Zoroark could most definitely become a legendary (sadly it isn't).

Deoxys 6. Jiggs 7. Mystery character likely changed from the previous roster. Falcon has said that before. "OK, Deoxys IS in the game, but there's someone else as well. :afro:"

Look for a Pokemon with an afro. Are you suggesting Bouffalant, the new bull pokemon with an afro? It even has an attack called Afro Break.

No.
TOS said that the afro smiley was a hint and that the last Pokemon had to have an afro.

Afro Break is the most hilarious attack ever. The animation is like Giga Impact but an afro appears on top of the other pokemon's sprite also. I never let them use it anymore, since I know to switch into my Shandera first. I'ma gonna start working on the duo moveset now. It'll probably be done in an hour or so. EDIT: Slissith: With Zoroark in, we'd technically have three second-gen reps, since her final smash includes turning into Raikou, Suicune and Entei

Event=/=Legendary.
Zoroark is a non-legendary that has treatment of one in terms of access. But the fact it has a pre-evolution dissolves the Legendary status.
