But Lucario's power-up affects all his attacks by two times at max. Claw Sharpen would just raise the power of her jab, tilts, and smashes by 1.5x. EDIT: And her aerials. EDIT AGAIN: It would wear off after a certain amount of time, or possibly after taking a certain amount of damage. Well, as long as it has its disadvantages (wearing off after time or damage) then I guess its not a big issue. But I still feel that we should look into other options and see what else is available before we settle with this idea. |

It'll be fun to make another legendary Pokemon. That moveset sounds really awesome, especially the final smash. Falcon didn't voice any concerns about it, so I would assume he's fine with it. It would also make her even more unique. PhantomVII was on a little while ago, but didn't comment on anything... I wonder what he's up to... I think it could work. There would have to be trade-offs for the power up. In Kaioken Goku take damage while using it. Something similar could be implemented here.

That could work.
Another example is how Rock Lee loses health when he opens the third gate in the earlier naruto games. Zoroark could slowly gain percent until it wears off.
Or each attack could do a small amount to her. That might work even better, because then you're only punished for the power you use.

Well I've done some thinking and decided to go along with making her... Although i would pefer it to be male... it would help me work better with the moveset...
Also I'm going to make the moveset myself... Falcon and I have been having a bit of a talk about it and I think I got some moves down to scratch.
The making of it will be slower (sprite wise) due to the... god forsaking hair, but I can get it done.
I will be making the Final smash... and trust me.... it will be top stuff...

Grovyle has leaf blades. How cool is that?
And Blaziken is epic. Many people wanted him in smash, and he had a texture mod eventually.

In my opinion we don't need another pokemon rep.
That's not Lugia.
I mean.
a)It's not a starter.
b)Most iconic 2nd Gen Pokemon.
c)It's a legendary. Like Mewtwo.
d)Moveset potential.
e)It was in a movie!
And it isn't too big for Brawl / Crusade only Sakurai saiz such things.

Lugia is 17 feet. Lugia IS too big. Biggest character would be Ridley, and even that, he won't be as big as Lugia. And Sakurai never said "___ is too big". That's what the anti-Ridley people say. And how would Lugia grab? It's wings are it's hands and if wouldn't make sense to grab things with it's mouth. And although it's a Psychic type, unlike Mewtwo, it rarely showed true Psychic abilities. (i.e. levitation, telekinesis). It's almost like using these abilities is against its character. (Note, I'm not saying Lugia showed NO Psychic abilities. I know it used Psychic to break out of the ice that Articuno froze it with.) And, hate to be nitpicky, but Togepi is the most popular 2nd Gen. Pokemon.  |
