Here's the deal: You will select one of the original 12 characters. As you progress through the game, you are allowed to say that you meet ANYBODY from a Nintendo console. Up to 2 characters are allowed to be met.
Stats: note that at the beginning, HP is listed from 1-40, and the other stats are from 1-10. When you level up, you gain 1 EXP for each stat and an extra one for one of them of your choice.
The following is an example.
Mario

It has been 10 years since the incident of Tabuu. The minister has once again don his robes and sits at the tip of the world, continuously looking at the sunset, his lost isle of the ancients. Subspace had been destroyed, however has now fallen into the ocean. If anyone where to fall into there, they would be consumed with subspace, turning into a villain even worse than Tabuu.
Today, Minister saw something peculiar: a purple "heart" slowly falling into the ocean. The tenth time. Minister thought it was just an illusion, like all the other times. He still shot a lazer at it, expecting it to dissapear like the other ones.
But this time it didn't.
Minister quickly flew to a cravice in the tip, and the heart fell into the water...
The water soon drained out and possesed the heart, turning into a being so unexplainable, words cannot comprehend it. The thing created a new world, a subspace, dived into it, and...it was like nothing happened.
Minister than shot a powerful lazer using all his might, going throughout the whole, and other worlds...
The Mushroom Kingdom, Hyrule, The Jungles, Planet Zebes, a peculiar island, the lylat system, a land of dreams, A racing arena, Eagleland, and several different areas of Japan,(because that's what pokemon is supposed to be based off of)
Off in various places, heroes, villains, and many others see this light, and travel to where they think its coming from.
Little do they know "Uutab" is already making a horrible, horrible world...
