Hey, I've made a animation, based on a movie and a game. It may sound like plagiarism, but what I think is that, anything I do/make at school can't really be plagiarism (only when you want to post it, or put a animation based on that thing, you at least gotta ask the people who made all the things, if they say yes, then publish/post it! If they say no, then don't, unless you want to show them the thing first, then maybe).
The animation is called Indiana-Stick and the Messed-Up Stuff.

Alright, hand over the money first, and then you can see ISATM-US!
Oh yeah, I've nearly finished the animation, it's about %)))) frames (you know what that means? FIVVE-THHHHOUUUUUSSANND FFFRRRAAAAMMMEEESSSS)
And I've made 2 another animations which have a intro -
The World of Terror - Characters:
Zannuts Nuggets
Greedy Guts
Lila Salad
The Waiter (a evil one!)
Monkey-Brains (the monkey with brains!)
The World of Terror II - Characters:
Zannuts Nuggets
Greedy Guts
Lila Salad (a massive giant now)
The Waiter (still evil, but with more tech and brains)
Monkey-Brains (with powers and tech that makes him speak English, not Monkey)
Policemen (who accidently arrest Zannuts Nuggets, or Zan, for short)
I'm also gonna make another animation based on Indiana-Stick - Indiana-Stick in STAR WARS
I've already made 3 animations based on 2 games -
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Super Mario Galaxy 2
They're actually mixed together, which I have a couple of 'New Challegers', approaching!
They're -
Jr. Bowser
Shadow (also Super Shadow
Robot Sonic (also Super R. Sonic)
Red Yoshi (the one that Luigi rides but becomes out of control)
Dark Link (not yet put in the 4th animation)
Princess Peach (not yet put in the animation)
There will also be a 'Bonus Character', who may not be in Brawl, but from Crusade!
Oh yeah, I still haven't started the 4th part for the Super Smash Bros. Series, and I need a name for it, will Super Smash Bros. Crusade be okay with you guys?

...Wait, there's 4 parts of the smash series?
You said there's SSBB with SMG2, but that's it.
Also...it sounds like you're finished with the Indiana stick thingy.
And a bonus character doesn't mean he's from crusade, but for example, Mach is from the game Mach Rider.
DON'T USE HIM THOUGH. THAT'S ILLEGAL.
But when you make it, in the credits, give credit to Indiana Jones, and that this is a piece of fanwork.

How do I give credit to the creator of Indiana Jones (or Indiana-Stick)?
(And I need to ask for permission before I post the animation online).
7:20 - Now I have asked the company, I just need to wait for a answer (hopefully).

No, no....no.
All you had to do was give credit to the creator in the credits of the movie you make. Its as simple as that.
...I don't know what's going to happen, to be honest.

Oh now I get it, I've actually finished the animation, but, if I put credits in to the creator, does that mean I get to upload it without permission?
I'm planning to upload Indiana-Stick on Youtube, because then I won't have any trouble, you can add this to your faves if you like.
I've put in credits, but do I say this: Special credits to the creators of Indiana Jones and STAR WARS?
