Can't make polls somehao.
Something I think would be really helpful would be the ability to toggle who appears in the random character select. As seen with what red and El did, they just deleted all the data of Goku to make him not appear in the game. What if you just don't play as him OR don't fight him?
This could also be used in 1P mode to not see the person you switched off.
What does everybody think?

It defeats the purpose of the Random Character function. And what if you turned a character off that you hate (goku, for example) then in the distant future you're at the final round of an SSBC tourney and the person you're playing against mains Goku. Stage Random Toggle makes sense, character does not.

It could be banned in tourneys. But what if you absolutely hated a character they put in, hated it with all your might, hated him more than you hate the devil? You don't want him in the game, so you just disable that and you can't see him anymore.

Really.

What do I care? I hate Goku but fighting him makes me a better player. And what about tourneys? I mean you turn him off while practicing, then in a MULTIPLAYER tourney, the person you're fighting against is playing as Goku and you have absolutely no experience whatsoever fighting against him and therefore lose miserably.

Well, then.... Sucks for you. Its not mandatory. I'm sure some people would do it, some wouldn't. Besides, there could be a med-ranking character that you just don't like at all. *coughbattletoadscough*

Sure, I could not use it. And I wouldn't. It just seems to defeat the purpose of the random selection being a training tool.
And my main goal in fighting games is to be able to defeat every character easily. Not just the characters I like to beat up, like murdering Knuckles with Krystal.
Or another concept: Manually selecting the character and just going through all the ones you want to fight.

I can 99% guarantee that this feature won't be in any time soon. We have a lot of other things to do.
