The rumour also states that Dr. Octopus, Juggernaut, Frank West and Phoenix Wright and the new stage, which is a courtroom from the Ace Attorney series, will be released together with the next batch of characters.
capcom has said this is false but they also said that sential will not be in marvel vs capcom 3
they could be lying to cover up the leak

That list was shown around April 1st. It's fake.
And as for the Sentinel issue, they didn't actually say Sentinel wasn't in the game. There was a mistranslation.

as cool as that dlc would be, I don't believe it for a second. looks like a list of characters people really want for dlc. If they put Megaman X in over the original though I will not be happy. Also, Elektra kind of seems like she would be similar to X-23 but that's just my opinion.

I hope it's not true, and I wouldn't be surprised whichever one it is.
You realize that this probably means that their just going to do another Marvel game? Not necessarily Super MVC3.
