Yeah, if they're gonna add another villain it should be on the Capcom side.
Marvel villains: Dr. Doom, Magneto(?), MODOK, Dormammu, Shuma Gorath, Super Skrull, and maybe Sentinel
Capcom villains: Wesker
Yeah, that's even. =p

The thing about Marvel is that it's as much about the villains as the heroes.

And Capcom lacks many notable, workable villains.
However, there is no excuse for no M. Bison, Demitri (or a different DS villain), or a villain from Red Earth, as all three are from fighting games.

There are plenty of Darkstalkers and Street Fighter characters.

In lieu of thoese characters, of course. Duh.
Cut out Hsien-Ko, replace her with a villain.
Cut out C. Viper, replace her with Juri, if we need a SF4 rep.
I'd say cut Akuma to replace with an actual villain like M. Bison, but he was how MvC came to be, so he's pretty much in for the ride all the time.

Juri? Although it makes sense, I somehow think Juri is slightly overused.

I think Dr. Wily could be workable.
He could be activated like Frank West. Summoning other robots of his.
Or do what I believe crusade is doing of having him use weapos based on his mechs and his creations.
...Oh wait. Megaman isn't in the game.
Never mind.

Generic, if you still are thinking of getting MVC3, I want to point out that the inputs are waaaayyyy easier than MVC2. And the game isn't almost as old as us.

No, a wasted slot is Cole from inFamous.
Rufus = Street Fighter character.
Game= Street Fighter vs. Tekken
Rufus = plausible character.
And by that logic, we already have Ryu, why have Jin? (Both having "dark" forms)
Rufus and Bob have different fighting styles, and there is no rule that says we can't have more than one fat guy. So E. Honda would be a wasted slot too?

Cole didn't take up a slot. No one was replaced.
Also, I thought that Rufus and Bob fought pretty much the same. Sorry.

But it still counts as a wasted slot, as a SF or T character would've made much more sense.
This is Street Fighter vs. Tekken, not Street Fighter vs. Tekken vs. inFamous.
With Cole being in the PS versions, no doubt a character will be exclusive for the Xbox version. It was stated that Cole wasn't the last guest....
But the question is...who? Who would make sense in this type of game from Xbox? Master Chief?

I certainly don't think that Cole was a good idea.
But he could not have replaced anyone. He would have replaced either a Street Fighter or Tekken character, and that would have unbalanced the roster.

True.
I still think Cole is a bad idea. This is supposed to be a big moment in history when Street Fighter and Tekken crossover, why add someone from a different series entirely? I mean, if they had Megaman and Pac-Man as guests, that'd be decent as SF=Capcom and T=Namco.
But I'm hoping for Rufus, Hakan, Blanka, Lars, Heihachi, and Kuma.
