Yes, but mind you that the CPU's AI isn't flawless (no offense to Falcon), and they can make stupid mistakes sometimes, such as Ness and Lucas always launching at the same angle with PK Thunder.
You have to take into account that this is by no means a conventional tournament, considering the players are hardly fighting indirectly.

Yeah, the item switch doesn't work sometimes. Consider yourself lucky >:U WHuuuuuuuaaaat? You mean you didn't tell me there was a glitch with it? I've never seen one. Funny commentary though. The square root of 69 is indeed 8.something. |

It doesn't necessarily work right away if you access it from the game, but if you access it from the root folder, and apply everything to zeroes, it works better.
And if you go to item priority and select none, lo
I said lo because lol is too mainstream.

The only thing I can think of that might mess with it is if you have the INI file open while the game is running. And, nice reupload PhantomHP. The BThrow chain-grab was nice. (Your C. Falcon needz more DSmash though!!  ) |

Didn't seem like it was a large enough glitch to mention...
I haven't had any trouble lately since I always have items turned off, but I remember having difficulty turning items off in the first place.

If you don't already have one, make a youtube account and upload it there. Then, take the URL of the video and post it here.
Photobucket also does video uploads, but they suck because it's photobucket and they can't do anything right.
@dark Sonic: See the bracket in the OP? We have to move through all of that to see who the winner is.

about the item thing, I actually didn't notice a glitch but what really happened was that my settings changed do to a system restore I did.
