The next SSB animation....... Part 4/4!

I've started making a animation called...................
But no one has answered me yet for this:
Is it alright if I use the Crusade logo for the 4th animation? If I do, I might even add a poll.
Also, can I use Ryu (which I've already used Goku)? I've even put in other Nintendo characters, and, can I use Toad as well?
(Plz don't say no! I've WORKED HARD on these animations, and I wouldn't be very happy anyway).......

The best way to directly get a question answered is a PM.
And considering you haven't showed us what your capable of...IF you're capable of something...I don't think they would give you a yes OR a no.
And; did you say you've already put it in the animation?
That's...wow.
And I don't understand what you mean by "Most people are..."

IT isn't like the Crusade team owns the characters or most of the sprites.

So that means I can use Ryu and Toad, including the Crusade logo?

That means you CAN'T.
It belongs to their respective owners, and it'd be like you claim the rights for them.
However, for the crusade logo, you have to give credit to the Crusade devs, AND nintendo for creating smash.
