Smash, I'd like Yoshimitsu, but he doesn't really represent the series as well as Nightmare.
I'd like Cassandra or Lizardman if not Nightmare.

My problem with pacman is we already are getting quite a lot of characters that are simply heads with arms and legs (If the plan is for that version of pacman). I mean, pacman being one of the originals means he kind of deserves a spot over ristar or kirby, but those two are already in and they honestly have pretty unique move sets (as I'm sure pacman would as well). Appearance-wise pacman really does not add much to the mix as nightmare or any soul calibur rep would. Inversely pacman would have a much more unique moveset if it was fleshed out enough which wouldn't be easy.
If we really wanted to go with who supports soul calibur the most I think that Ivy is the character that people I know remember. I personally am disgusted by her so I don't really want to continue my argument. Screw it I'm dropping this. Nightmare, Yoshimitsu, Raphael, those shall forever be my mains.

I think Nightmare and Yoshimitsu rep Soul Calibur the best. But Pac Man is first in line for Namco rep.
As far as his form, Pac Man was the original "round body & limbs character". I dont think appearance-wise is an issue here cause at least they are different in their own ways with different abilities.

Pacman is the original yes, and he has very different abilities. As I said though what's really putting me off and shouldn't be is how many of the little runts we have running around without bodies. I actually considered sprite editing my ristar into a pacman for a bit.
On the topic of Yoshimitsu, he's actually from tekken I believe. I really like him in soul calibur though so I ignore that part.
At this point maybe the thread should be about a soul calibur rep in general, instead of just Nightmare. As far as a namco rep goes I think there are more people for him being the top priority namco rep then not (I'm still not 100% with that yet but it's just me) so no need for a poll on him here in my opinion.

Is there really any question as to whether it should be Nightmare, other than from Pac-Man supporters? I would honestly put in Pac-Man first, but if we can squeeze in Nightmare, definitely should put him in.
