Rosalina's general Discussion.
Her specials, if I recall:
Normal Special: Luma Hold: Rosalina has a Luma following her at all times. If you press this, the luma will go to a person, freezing them, similar to P2 in SMG2.
Side Special: Cosmic Guide: Rosalina dashes forward in her cosmic guide form.
Up Special: Rosalina forms a star thing and launches upward.
Down Special: Rosalina forms a bubble around her, reflecting projectiles, similar to if you jumped on her in the Cosmic Observatory.
Final Smash:Rosalina goes to one side of the stage, a hungry luma goes to the other, Rosalina shoots star bits into the hungry luma and he explodes.

I don't really like that moveset too much, but it's probably better than what I could come up with. Maybe.

The FS sounds weird to me, but I think at least it'll look cool if we do the graphics right. I think she'll be pretty fun to play.

I think I have a better idea for a side special and a neutral special...
Neutral Special: Star Bit
Rosalina waves her wand and a starbit falls down in an arch in front of her.
Origin: In Super Mario Galaxy Mario could throw star bits. Not too farfetched to assume that Rosalina could throw them as well.
Side Special: Luma Hold (aka the one in the first post).
The reason behind this is that Rosalina isn't the Cosmic Guide, it just resembles her, thus I think it would be weird for her to be turning into it.

Yes, she will be in the next version. I'm honestly fuzzy on what her moveset will be... Dr. MarioX said he might make some changes.
