Heck yah, it is.
We've had a fun time getting him as a starter. On the original roster, it was Sylux, then we switched it to Adam, then back to Sylux for a day, then to Ridley.
His down smash and b will come from Other M. If you haven't fought him in that game yet, you need to.

So I trust the down smash will be the tail wipe, and normal be will be the fire breath?
You guys need to incorporate that famous thing of him dragging Samus on the wall in the game somehow.

I have an idea for an up special.
It's a combination of Meta's and Captain Falcon's.
He initially swiftly glides upwards like Meta. If he connects with an opponent he grabs him. He keeps gliding nontheless. By pressing the attack and a directional button, you throw your opponent and enter the helpless state.

I like that idea.
Seems a bit broken, though.
Maybe it only works downwards, and he moves him along the ground a bit?

Maybe his upspecial could be similar to what Slis said, but if it is used on the ground, he does that horizontally and drags them on the ground.
