I believe there was going to be something involving the tail spin from Other M....
If you can, see if you can incorporate Ridley driving and sliding an opponent through the ground, like he would do various times with the wall. Maybe as a side special or something.

I can probably bang Ridley out by the Next Demo, and make him just as Beast as any of the other characters.
I would imagine a slamming/Sliding attack being a good Side Special, but if not, it could always be a throw.

Something seems a little off to me about the angle where you see his back and where his right arm is placed...almost like he's twisting his torso to face the front like Mewtwo does in Melee.
But the idea of smaller wings and tail is genius. SmashBoards had something on that as well.

Not bad. Firebrand doesn't have a tail and isn't that purple.

Aside from alignment, quality, and the left side being a different color, I like that sprite better.
Still needs a recolor though IMO.

Also, I took those colors directly from him in Brawl. I can't really get better colors. Also, the left side's arm is just shaded more, thats why it seems like a different color. Also, I'll align it better. |
