I think the first Super Smash Bros. has the best menu music theme: polyrhythm at it's most complex. It is the only SSB menu music I can really sit for a long period of time and listen to. And I go, "wasn't I gonna play?" HAHA! ;D I just get lost in the randomness.

^^YES. THIS ALL THE WAY.
Anyways, I think my favorite one is Melee. IDK why. It just seemed to act as in "Welcome to the tournament! What do you wish to do?" or something.

I like Brawls, but I haven't really played 64, and I haven't played Melee in a while.

64's seemed kinda... well, it got you pumped. Melee's got me more pumped. Brawl's let me know that Brawl was epic and you just knew that s**t just got real, and you prepared for the most epic fight you'll ever have.
Yeah, my favorite is Brawl's.

The thing I like about N64's menu music is that it sound so isolated and calm. But when you go to the character selection screen, everything gets all lively and fast paced! It's like the music is saying, "Quick, quick! Select you character!"

In my case melee is my favourite. I feel it the same as Generic and also gets me pumped as StayPuft.
