Despite the fact that Donkey Kong originated in a game with Mario, they're by the same creator (well, the Donkey Kong series, but Rare created K.Rool), and K.Rool was in a Mario Sports game? Still doesn't count. That's like calling Shake King, Captain Syrup, or Count Canolli Mario characters. |
