Typhlosion was voted second most popular fan favorite Pokemon, second only to MUDKIPZ. That's why I've thought Hoenn PK Trainer would be in: Mudkip is favorite, Grovyle is favorite, Blaziken is favorite. |

I don't really trust Bulbapedia too much. Even if that's the case, Typhlosion is one of my favorite fire type pokemon.

The only way I'd accept Typhlosion is if the devs decided every gen of Pokémon needed at least 1 rep in the roster.

Pikachu: Japan's most favorite Pokemon.
Jigglypuff: Japan's second favorite (at SSB's time)
Mewtwo: Has a backstory, considered the most powerful Pokemon, can be considered "evil".
Pichu: Represents pre-evolutions and 2nd Gen, popular.
Lucario: Starred in a movie. Represents the 4th Gen.

Not to get off topic, but do you guys like the Japanese names more than the English ones because I like the Japanese names unlike the English version.
