Pikachu's body becomes surrounded in yellow electricity and multiple yellow sparks come off Pikachu's body. All the electricity then condenses at Pikachu's tail and forms into an orange-yellow orb of electricity with sparks of yellow electricity coming off it. Pikachu then jumps into the air and does a front flip, throwing the orb of electricity at the opponent, or Pikachu forms an orange-yellow orb of electricity with yellow sparks of electricity around it at the top of its tail. Pikachu then does and front flip and fires the orb at the opponent. AND WHAT IF INSTEAD OF REPLACING SKULL BASH IT REPLACE'S THE NORMAL SPECIAL THUNDER JOLT

AND WHAT IF INSTEAD OF REPLACING SKULL BASH IT REPLACE'S THE NORMAL SPECIAL THUNDER JOLT It sounds like it'd be copying someone else's idea, since you changed your grammar. And that is not acceptable IMO. And Skull Bash is awesome. Why would you give him two projectiles? And one that's a copy of Mewtwo and Lucario?

It clearly isn't a copy of Lucario/Mewtwo.

Pikachu then does and front flip and fires the orb at the opponent. You were saying?

Because only Lucario and Mewtwo are alowed to have any kind of round projectile.

Well, why have 3 pokemon that have a similar move, and at that, why make another one have a similar move when it's already unique enough?

What makes it a similar move.
Oh yeah, a projectile. We don't do that around here.

A circular projectile (Samus, Mewtwo, Lucario) compared to an arched projectile that goes along walls?

I think we have enough Pokemon with round, charged projectiles that represent the element or theme of the Pokemon. It'll be like giving Krystal Landmaster for a final smash. I don't mind clone characters, but giving exactly the same move to three different characters in the same series is a little overkill imo.
Slightly off-topic, but I think n-special should be renamed Thundershock though, cause that's actually an existing move. What do you guys think?

Doesn't matter to me, though I don't know why it wasn't like that since 64.

I think Pikachu is fine right now. The Smash 64 characters (except for Link) don't really have a change in moves- I'm not counting Final Smashes either.
