2) Golden meant that there were already a lot of Mario characters planned for the game. Petey Piranha may just be one more, but having him in may just bring the Mario representation a little too high.
3) Zoroark and Mewtwo use a similar kind of weapon (dark magic), so I can see where you're coming from, but that's as similar as they get. Otherwise they're completely different.
4) I dunno, I see a lot of difference between fighting games and beat 'em ups. Main one being that your opponent is on equal ground with you in a fighting game, and in a beat 'em up you have a lot of weaker enemies. So normal Brawl is a fighting game, Multi-man Brawl is a beat 'em up game.
7) Chill guyz. Less serious, more calm.

Zoroark - I don't particularly want him in, but he seems like a fan favorite and has a high chance of inclusion. To me, he's just another Mewtwo descendant.

Yes, because a wolf that attacks with claws reminds people of Mewtwo.

Haggar - Oh joy, another Capcom character, and this time from a fighting game. We haven't seen this multiple times before.

Represents beat 'em ups. Only Viewtiful Joe represents that, and he's not even known for it. Plus, he may be known for bringing capcom on the market.

Phoenix Left - ...Um, how would this work? Side special, HOLD IT! Up special, TAKE THAT! Final smash, GOTCHA!

And yes, it would. OBJECTION would send a bubble mark that hurts people. Take That would throw an object. Hold it would either be a freezing counter or a grapple, and for the other special we're clueless. And the Final Smash could involve something in court.
Fact is, if he could make it into UMvC3, he could make it into smash.

Nightmare - Of all other possible SC characters that shouldn't make it in anyway, why this beast? His sword's too disproportionate for an SSB game.

Have you read MY comment? I said that there's even MORE characters coming after those 3, so Petey would be too much.

And a beat 'em up is different from a fighter. In a beat 'em up, you get through checkpoint A to checkpoint B, but you have to beat up swarms of enemies and a boss along the way.
A fighter, is Fighter 1 vs. Fighter 2. And it's usually a best 2 out of 3 Rounds.
Pretty drastic difference.

Well, I plan on making a big Haggar movement soon.

One that explains his various Nintendo appearances, his overall popularity to Capcom and even outside it (Were you aware that Haggar appears in Weebl and Bob as a recurring character?), as well as a full moveset like others I made.

Maybe then, people will see the light about Haggar.
