The most likely characters are definitely Lyn and Funky Kong, and I'm neutral towards Lip. As for the others, why not?
Honestly, all but Gold Trainer and technically Pulseman are within reason. I think it just goes to show that Pokeyfanz are present in this forum, with fanboys who would choose fanservice over actual gameplay. (cough)MvC3 anyone?(cough)

I have to say this. I hate the 2nd Trainer idea. But this is what this forum seems to agree on the most. Gold Trainer > Rival Trainer, but Zoroark > both Trainers.

Also, most of us are fans of MvC3, so you won't get praise with that comment. |

Welcome to the forums, fence. I'm all for the anger-causing lulz here, so anything that gets you smited by others will probably get you exalted by me. Keep that in mind  And by the way, Zoroark is a perfect choice. Pretty much everyone who didn't dislike Pokemon voted for him. He's easy to sprite, represents Pokemon well, has brilliant moveset potential, etc, etc, etc. |

DMX wouldn't have to do ANYTHING to put him in. @hellsfence: So you'd perfer Gary Oak with Gengar, Scizor, and Aggron than Gold with three logical pokemon? Yeah. If we were "pokeyfanz" we would ENJOY Rival. >_< |

Hey, we're thinking about Zoroark. I'm trying to talk him into replacing a non-Pokemon with him and having Gold Tainer. 7 Pokemon reps, 1 under Mario.

In fact, we've already taken out a Capcom character, but now we're deciding between 2 characters from the same series to take that spot.

The character we took out has nothing to do with the two characters we're deciding on. There's a possibility another Capcom character will be taken out for another SEGA character. We've been looking at a few SEGA reps lately...

Interesting... I think I know which 2 Capcom characters. Not sure about Sega, but 2 possible reps from one series? For most of them, there is one obvious rep (NiGHTS, Aiai, Alex Kidd, Billy Hatcher, Ulala, Beat, Ryo, etc). That tells me it might be from Crazy Taxi, House of the Dead, Virtua Fighter, Golden Axe, or Phantasy Star... I really doubt Virtua Fighter or Crazy Taxi, but the other 3 seem reasonable.

My guess is the first one to be replaced is Morrigan, and the replacement is Fulgore.
As for the second one, if he/she gets removed my guess is Zero for Pulseman or Vectorman or smoething like that.
