Polari wants to join your party!
Neutral Special is Star Bit throw, so he simply throws the Star Bit. The star bit can paralyze opponent and do more damage if hit by the sweet spot, otherwise just damage and knock back only. Can be aimed upwards and downwards as well.
Side Special is Star Spin, (works exactly like Mario’s down
special in the SSF2 demo, he gets that power from Lumas so it’s okay.)
Up Special is Sling Star, (Gets a sling star around him and shoots Polari upwards)
Down special is Pull Star (Does the opposite of what a water gun would do, pulls enemies towards you and damages in a multi-hit fashion if the enemy's close to the spinning pull star. It's also good to set up combos, an example is to pull the enemy close, then star spin then right after, since you can cancel the transforming back animation and combo it into another move.)
FS:
You can move around the star cursor from Galaxy.
Press the button, and a large starbit meteor will fall at that location's x-position. (Obviously not y-position, cause if you're in the air, it's not just gonna explode mid-air when it reaches where you hit the cursor, but explode when it hits a ground area.)
There should also be lag before each button press registers as spawning a starbit meteor.
Getting hit by a falling meteor does massive damage and knockback. Getting hit by a starbit explosion deals medium damage and knockback. The after explosion, or small starbits raining to the stage around where the explosion occured does very minimal damage and no knockback. A starbit may also remain on the ground for a long amount of time, like an item.
An opponent walking or landing on a starbit will take a small amount of damage and no knockback, but the starbit will vanish.
After the final smash is done, the player can walk around and collect - eat, moreso, the remaining starbits on the ground. (Direct reference to how the Lumas ate starbits for energy).
For each starbit you recover 2%.
if the smaller starbits hit the opponent before landing on the ground, they break like in the neutral special to add to the damage.
6 meteors drop.
Done explaining the important parts of the moves.
If I am required to explain anything else I'm more than happy to.
