Would I mind if he was in Smash? Hell no, I'd main him.
Is he deserving? No. Entei is only one of many Legendaries, and even then, hasn't recieved as much exposure as Suicune, one of his counterparts.

True. If I had a choice I'd add in Espeon. Course, that ain't gonna happen anytime so... She should have a higher chance of being in than Scizor and Gengar...I mean, Red ACTUALLY USED HER, Eevee and its evolutions are extremely probable and it's my favorite eevee evo. But yeah. Taking veterans is out is idiocracy. I mean, if you take Pk Trainer out because "if you wanted to play as those pokemon, play brawl" then you should take out Mario. I think this is all insanity.
I'm beginning to worry that something terible is going to happen if all this anger keeps up.
This isn't a game that'll make money, so they may just stop making it if ll this anger continues.
I'm not saying you guys have to take their decisions sitting down, but can you at least tone it down a little? I don't want them to do anything rash.

Well that one's about which Pokemon should be in the roster, and this one's about whether or not we're biased towards our favourite Pokemon.
I dunno if it's true, that we only choose our favourite Pokemon for our rosters. My personal favourite Pokemon are Salamence, Gardevoir and Sceptile, but it's clear none of them are roster material. Salamence wouldn't fit in at all, Sceptile is the least popular of the Hoenn starters and Gardevoir just invites more furry jokes and flame wars like Krystal.
