OOH! OOH! I have an idea! Wait for the BR.>_> inb4werekillislazyanddoesn'tmakeit IMO G&W should be top tier right under Goku because of the insane amount of glitches he can handle. Then Fox. And IMO Saki should be raised a bit too.

Yeah, Det, all sarcasm aside, there's been nothing even hinting at a BR for some time now.

Gooey should be pretty high tier imo as well.

I keep bugging him about it but he always says he's busy. I'll get on his case the next chance I get. I highly doubt he's more busy with school than I am (6 IB classes for the win...), and I can still manage to be on the forums for 1-2 hours a day...
Anyways, I suppose this'll stay until the BR can open up. Now for my stuff.
Yeah, G&W is lolalmostbroken at the moment, probably due to the relative lack of testing done in comparison to Gooey (who got, what, 4 months?). He's probably very high up.
Krystal might fall out of the "lolalmostbroken" tier and down to High tier, since Falcon finally fixed the Demon Sniper chain and made it 100% impossible to chain one after the other. She received almost no other changes though (except a slight U-Smash nerf, but it was useless in the first place so whatevs).
Gooey should be upper high tier due to his insane recovery, high-priority projectile (s-special, f-tilt), amazing down-smash, plethora of moves that either have disjointed hitboxes altogether (F-tilt, B-air what what) or cover his body in a hitbox (d-smash, d-special, n-air), f-air spike, and one of the most amazing special grabs ever (it can grab through platforms!) that also works as a tether recovery.
I generally don't know a whole lot about character changes yet (haven't played the game much lately) so I don't have a whole lot more to say.

Metaknight should still be higher imo. Yep, I've read through all of his nerfs carefully, browsed through everything everyone else has said about him, and used him against every other character at least 10 times each.
I still think he should be at the top of the second highest tier, as a minimum. He's as good as Goku imo; what he lacks in power and range, he makes up for with his combos, speed and ridiculously small size.
Also, Link. Why mid tier? He's lost one of his projectiles for a tiny reflector that hits on one side and can't be used in the air and a combo special that is useless almost 100% of the time. He's had increased range, but is now bigger and a much larger target. He's had increased recovery potential, but it's still incredibly one-way and predictable, and he's still one of the easiest to edgeguard in the game.

Link's recovery only sucks (Like in every Smash Bros. game <.<). Useless you say? Side Special is like 4 specials in one. The Great Spin is faster than the Spin Attack and doesn't require charging. Parry attack can be used to escape combos. Ending Blow is really hard to land, but it does REALLY high horizontal knockback. And the Helm Spiltter can be used if the shield attack hits, and is a good finisher.

The Great Spin isn't faster than the Spin Attack when you consider you have to attack with the Shield Attack first. The Parry attack can only be used after using the Shield Attack, which can only be used on the ground and has almost no range, making it ineffective at escaping combos. The Ending Blow has high horizontal knockback, but the Shield Attack never does enough hitstun to combo into it, until mid-high percentages, when the knockback is too high to combo into it. In other words it never hits. The Helm Splitter is a good attack, but the Shield Attack has stupidly short range.
EDIT: Funny, looks like the problem is always the Shield Attack.

Well, you can Spin Attack out of a Great Spin. Ending Blow can hit, but it's hard to hit with it. And yeah Shield Attack needs buffing.

Werekill, PLEASE DO THE APPLICATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, for future ideas (I will be on the BR XD I am sure of that XD) Yep Game a watch should be top tier, he regained something that lucas lsot, Slope Slide (with the Key) so he haves an insane Stage control on stages with Slopes (Like, the half of the stages XD?? ) He haves an excelent recovery (After the parachute he can Fast fall> Air dodge to gain more vertical distance). all fo hsi aerials haves huge range and combo into others aerials, his dtilt is a good combo/finisher move. The only bad part is he dies at low percentages. IMO The top of the list is Goku G&W Fox You are wondering, why fox? 2 Words: Infinite Combo. Yep, Fox haves a truly infinite now. Dair to Dair to Dair to...... Etc. I tested it on all the roster and it works, is unscapable and the game detect it as a true combo.

If it's that easy, then it'll be like Waluigi's infinite stomp from 0.6, and Fox will have his down air nerfed. So no top tier either way.
Although Fox would still be high, he's still a really good character, as much as I hate him.
Also, will the bacon charging the bucket thing be removed from GW next version?

I think those are both already removed.

Bacon can still charge the bucket, unfortunately... But, Fox's Dair has been nerfed (specifically, it has 1 frame less hit stun and 1 more frame of landing recovery), and Waluigi's infinite stomp is gone.
