Generally, the global rules (no flaming, trolling, etc) will be applied on a mod-to-mod basis; I may allow more language and bend the rules a bit, but Sumika might not, and etc. Breaking of any rules will result in a warning first, and a ban for a set amount of time will likely follow.
Spam will obviously be allowed, but if it is getting ridiculous in there, a mod may ask for the spam to stop. Once again, this will depend on what mods are in there.
