Basically. if you hold down the special button, his hands will look for something to grab for about a second, then bring them back. In the air, you wouldn't be able to hold it. If you grab someone, you can hold it for as long as you want. This is based off of what he actually does in his game. What do you think?

You would hold onto your opponent and just stay still. Until you release your button to attack him.

Imagine that. A time match. You gain a one stock lead on your opponent. Then you grab them with N-special for the rest of the match and you win. That would be pretty bullshiat.
So yeah, there should be a limit. If the opponent can struggle free eventually, it makes a legit and fun move. Voted.
