Any way, since I'm sure there are no rules indicating me from preventing tryanny on a website I feel as though it should be known to the Administrators of this website that he's banning based on his own opinon and mostly "just for the hell of it." I believe he banned me because I said he kicks people based on bad reasons.

Good reasoning there on his part, I suppose. Oh, and if you don't want to believe me just ask some of the members there. He probably should be demoded, but that's of course not why I'm here.

I kicked you because the Xat is supposed to ONLY be for members of the forum. When you became a member of the forum you acted all high and mighty and started flaming me. Which constituted a ban. Which was only for one friggin' hour.
So I'm corrupt for doing what I'm told to by Werekill and Nights? Great definition of corrupt you have there.
And lol you don't know the crap I've gone through for banning people who seriously deserved to be banned. Nights has gone through it too. Werekill hasn't, IIRC, probably because he isn't active enough to get to a troll before one of us does.
And as I just said, I banned you because you started flaming me. I kicked you repeatedly because you were being annoying and weren't a member of the forum.
This is your opinion. You wanna ask Nights, Werekill, any of the devs (whom you said you apparently had sex with repeatedly) or just about any user here who's been active for longer than I've been a mod and you'll see that you're completely wrong on this part.

I recall someone saying that the chat was only for members of the forum, but whatever then.
But if that's the case I'll just leave all the trolls to troll after linking them to the forum so they can wreak further havoc instead of playing the game.
Or when someone's being an obvious troll and flaming me for defending the game I'll ban them for breaking the rules.
Like that PMoS guy I had to ban earlier. He randomly showed up and started talking crap about the game (typical SSF2 fanboy) so when someone linked him to the forum he made an account. After about an hour of lightly trolling the xat and then escalating to flaming, I banned him for an hour. A few minutes later he posted this on the dojo thread:
And after that I banned him for being such an obvious troll.
Marty was acting similarly at the time so I banned him from the Xat for an hour as well. Sure, call me presumptuous, but acting preemptively is better than letting things get out of hand in pretty much every possible case.
Anyways, enough about that.

I absolutely wasn't trolling.
I merely implied that you're kicking people based on dumb decisions -- which was kicking people for not being a member of the forum. We've had the discussion; you choose not to listen to me and instead say you're only obeying the rules. Then you banned someone that didn't even say a word named "Dagon." I believe the reason was, "I'm not even going to bother."
Also, "preemptively" is another way of saying: "I had no reason to ban him, but I thought he'd eventually start trolling/flaming." You can't base reasoning on future events and say you wanted to prevent something that never happened.
But any way, I do apologize to you if you had any harsh feeling towards this situation.

You had already started flaming and trolling. The "preemptive" part was making sure it didn't escalate further.
And when I kicked that other person, I was still under the assumption that the Xat was forum-members only, and I hadn't seen the username on the forum before. In my personal experience (and in the experience of a lot of people who spend time on the xat), most people who hop on and aren't forum members start trolling within a few minutes. Ask Generic, or Ensane, or Plasmis even. They're on the Xat a lot.
And I apologize to you for the misunderstanding, especially since you've now tried the game.

Edit: Why did I think he was banned? Must have skimmed too fast...
Anyway. Still locked. Lotsa flaming in here.
Edit 2: There's a reason Det made the thread to tell people you're new or leaving. Why he unlocked this is beyond me. He should have kept it locked. And Marty, just an FYI, we have a 0 tolerance flaming and trolling staff team. My patience is very thin and I dont need 230920392 reports a day. So if you have been nice, stay nice. If you're just now learning to behave, keep doing so.
