I've been meaning to do this for a while, and just haven't gotten around to doing this until now. I realize Generic has a request topic, but I wanted one because I don't have a whole lot to do and I do enjoy making movesets. Also, I am more interested in odd, different, not realistic characters. I'll make the movesets by doing a lot of research and at times improvisation (See below). Generic, if you have a problem with this thread, let me know and I'll get rid of it.
All you need to do is give me the character and what they're from and I'll make them a moveset. I will do the requests in the order I recieve them. Here's an example of a moveset.
Completed Movesets:
Gardevoir
---
Shulk
---
Dr. Wright
---
Hardin
---
To do:
Navi -Da Generic Name
Phoenix Wright / Professor Layton - AEM
S.S. Link - Partisan Daw
All you need to do is give me the character and what they're from and I'll make them a moveset. I will do the requests in the order I recieve them. Here's an example of a moveset.
Completed Movesets:
Gardevoir
Name: Gardevoir
Origin: Pokemon: RSE
-
Fighting Style: Uses a lot of Psychic attacks, similar to Lucas' Psi or Zelda's Magic as well as having dance-based moves.
A: Gardevoir holds out one hand and does a short range burst of Psychic energy.
AA: Gardevoir repeats with her other hand.
AAA: Gardevoir raises her arms into the air, dragging Psychic energy through the air.
AAAA: Gardevoir drops her arms to the ground, making a small shockwave of Psychic energy around her.
AAAAA: Gardevoir spins with her hands still on the ground, dragging Psychic energy around her.
Dash A: Gardevoir brings her legs up and kicks a few times forward.
FTilt: Gardevoir sends a small burst of electricity, ice or fire in front of her.
UTilt: Gardevoir sends a small pulse of Psychic energy above her.
DTilt: Gardevoir does a pirouette with one leg extended to kick enemies.
FSmash: Gardevoir crosses her arms, then sends them forward, hitting the opponent with a cross of Psychic energy.
USmash: Gardevoir raises both arms and summons a small flurry of small Psychic explosions above her.
DSmash: Gardevoir rapidly stomps in one place.
Ledge Attack: Gardevoir jumps onto the stage with a few rapid kicks in front of her.
Ledge Attack (100%+): Gardevoir lifts herself onto the stage and slaps forward.
Ground Attack: Gardevoir slaps forward.
NAir: Gardevoir spins in the air with her arms extended, similar to the Luma Spin from Mario Galaxy.
FAir: Gardevoir does an elegant flip kick in front of her.
BAir: Gardevoir does a few kicks backwards.
UAir: Gardevoir lifts her arms into the air and spins.
DAir: Gardevoir rapidly dances in the air, similar to her DSmash.
Grab: Gardevoir hold the opponent in place with her Psychic powers.
Grab Attack: Gardevoir slaps the opponent.
FThrow: Gardevoir tosses her opponent against the ground.
BThrow: Gardevoir drags her opponent over her and to behind her before kicking thme backwards.
UThrow: Gardevoir lifts her opponent into the air above her and high kicks them upwards.
DThrow: Gardevoir tosses the opponent under her and rapidly stomps them, like her DSmash and DAir.
B: Hidden Power - Gardevoir raises her hand and sends an orb of energy in front of her, somewhat like Din's Fire. However, Hidden Power has a random effect that goes with it, having the option to push, burn, electrocute, freeze, plant a flower, stun, pitfall or explode an opponent on contact. The attack itself does moderate damage, but little knockback.
SideB: Ice Punch - Gardevoir pulls her arm back, similar to Captain Falcon, and sends a projectile punch, made of ice, forward, freezing any opponents it hits. The difference between this attack and Falcon Punch is that Gardevoir has less starting lag, more range, less power and knockback, and freezes opponents.
UpB: Calm Mind - Gardevoir surrounds herself with a barrier of energy, like when she appears in Brawl, which protects her from projectiles as she raises herself into the air slowly, not doing any damage as she rises.
DownB: Future Sight - Gardevoir holds her hands to her head and meditates, and if she's hit by a move, she takes damage like normal and she leaves this pose. Then, 10 seconds later, the opponent is hit by an explosion, unavoidable, that deals twice as much damage than Gardevoir was hit with.
Final Smash: Psychic - Gardevoir lifts into the air, raises her hands and the background changes into a wierd, wavy blue background, and Gardevoir calls out. Then, all around the screen, giant pulses of Psychic energy appear, dealing damage and pushing opponents around. This attack lasts for 10 seconds.
Kirby Hat: Kirby gets Gardevoir's 'Helmet'
Up Taunt: Gardevoir lifts her hands into the air with her eyes closed and sings a note.
Side Taunt: Gardevoir spins in place a few times.
Down Taunt: Gardevoir closes her eyes, folds her hands and makes a wish, then returns to the battle.
Intro: A PokeBall lands and Gardevoir pops out.
Victory Theme: The opening to the Lilycove theme.
Victory Pose A: Gardevoir spins around over and over again, repeating her call.
Victory Pose B: Gardevoir lowers her head and closes her eyes.
Victory Pose C: Gardevoir puts one hand to her chest and starts 'singing'.
Losing Pose: Gardevoir turns around whil clapping.
Strength: 4/10
Resistance: 5/10
Projectile: 7/10
Weight: 4/10
Speed: 8/10
Recovery: 7/10

This attack does a good amount of damage and knockback, but has a charge time of five seconds.
Final Smash: Mass Riots - Dr. Wright brandishes his baton and the ground shakes, like in his Volcano attack. However, he then covers his head and crouches as mobs of tiny rioters appear around the stage, smashing things, punching things and the like, some armed with weapons like televisions or chairs. If a group of rioters gets a hold of an opponent, they grab them and rough them up. This attack lasts for 10 seconds.
Kirby Hat: Kirby gets Dr. Wright's hair, glasses, moustache and baton.
Up Taunt: Dr. Wright imitates a conductor with his baton.
Side Taunt: Dr. Wright pulls out a miniature car, tosses it aside, pulls out a miniature house, tosses it aside, and then pulls out a toxic barrel, chuckles, and hides it behind his back.
Down Taunt: Dr. Wright takes out a chart and points at it with his baton, then kicks the baton aside.
Intro: A car appears and stops, and Dr. Wright steps out and causes the car to disappear.
Victory Theme: Dr. Wright's Theme from SimCity.
Victory Pose A: Dr. Wright imitates a conductor with his baton.
Victory Pose B: Dr. Wright is sitting down, playing SimCity on an SNES.

Hardin
Name: Hardin
Origin: Fire Emblem: Ankoku Ryū to Hikari no Tsurugi
---
Fighting Style: Hardin fights using heavy, slow, powerful strikes with his lance.
A: Hardin thrusts his lance forward powerfully.
AA: Hardin swings his lance upward slowly.
AAA: Hardin thrusts the handle of his lance forward like a spear.
AAAA: Hardin swings his lance around in a lazy arc so it's facing forward again.
AAAAA: Hardin smashes his lance into the ground.
Dash A: Hardin drags his lance in a horizontal motion.
FTilt: Hardin swings his lance in a downwards and forwards arc.
UTilt: Hardin swings his lance in an arc above him.
DTilt: Hardin stomps onto the ground.
FSmash: Hardin thrusts his lance forward.
USmash: Hardin swings his lance in a circle.
DSmash: Hardin kicks forward with force.
Ledge Attack: Hardin leaps upwards and comes down with a stomp.
Ledge Attack (100%+): Hardin climbs up and slashes with his lance.
Ground Attack: Hardin punches forward like Ike.
NAir: Hardin spins his lance like a drill in front of him.
FAir: Hardin spins in a circle with his lance extended.
BAir: Hardin thrusts his lance's handle backwards.
UAir: Hardin tosses his lance upwards and then catches it.
DAir: Hardin stomps in the air with one foot.
Grab: Hardin stabs the opponent with his lance.
Grab Attack: Hardin smacks the opponent roughly.
FThrow: Hardin puts his lance in front of him and kicks the opponent off roughly.
BThrow: Hardin flips his lance around behind him and kicks the opponent off roughly backwards.
UThrow: Hardin thrusts his lance upwards then quickly pulls back, ripping the opponent off of his lance.
DThrow: Hardin pins the opponent to the ground with his lance and roughly pulls it out.
B: Emperor's Strike - Hardin faces his shoulder forwards, with his lance drawn behind him. He then charges forward for a few steps before swingimg his lance upwards like a sword. If he hits an opponent while doing this, he finishes the attack by crushing them into the ground. This attack is chargeable, and Hardin rushes forward farther the more this attack is charged.
SideB: Thundering Blow - Hardin pulls his lance over his head, charging up a powerful strike through his body. He then releases it and swings it into the ground like an axe, and upon hitting the ground, causes a small damaging shockwave. This attack has great knockback and damage, and if fully charged, at the peak of his swing, Hardin's lance is struck by lightning. This causes Hardin to take 10% damage, but also creates an electrical pulse to eminate from the lance's impact site. Comparable to Ike and Roy's Neutral B moves before him.
UpB: Rising Moon - Hardin jumps upwards with no gimmicks. Hardin just leaps into the air with his lance pointing upwards, with good damage and knockback, but with poor recovery.
DownB: Coyote's Howl - Hardin sticks his lance into the ground and leans back and roars viciously. This creates a large shockwave of sound that pushes opponents away with minor damage. This attack is good if Hardin is being attacked, since he doesn't have very fast attacks.
Final Smash: Cavalier - Hardin tosses his lance aside and shrugs off his armor and pulls out a sword. He then whistles and calls forth his stallion, hopping on it and preparing to fight. He charges forward, and you are able to jump normally and duck through platforms; however you cannot turn. If Hardin hits an opponent, he launches them into the air and jumps up with them, leaving his horse behind. He unleashes a fury of blows onto the enemy, before hitting them with such force that they will most likely die.
Kirby Hat: Kirby gains Hardin's hair, facial hair and lance.
Up Taunt: Hardin raises his lance into the air as it shines (Similar to Marth's).
Side Taunt: Hardin slashes his lance through the air in front of him and grunts.
Down Taunt: Hardin stabs his lance into the ground and roars.
Intro: Hardin rides onto the field on a large dark horse and dismounts.
Victory Theme: Shadow Dragon's theme
Victory Pose A: Hardin places both hands on his lance and sticks into the ground in front of him, breathing heavily.
Victory Pose B: Hardin lifts his lance over his shoulder, saying 'You are not worthy!'
Victory Pose C: Hardin looks off into the distance behind him, silent.
Losing Pose: Hardin sticks his lance in the ground next to him, clapping slowly with a scowl on his face.
