It kinda does, but then the facial structures are different from Marth's. But that is just me.
I heard that the name of this person is Krom/Chrome.

I'd like to see what the button girl does. She looks... interesting. But his swords looks a lot like Ike's, I'll say.

I really hope it doesn't. Fire Emblem is sooo much better than that! It is so unique, they shouldn't change the style like that! Graphics wise, though, I approve.

It looks like, from the screenshots, the Button Girl is a magic person and the second girl might use the spear. Just based on how they're dressed.

So what do you guys think this means?
Ike's gone, "Chrome" is in?
Ike stays, and "Chrome" is a 3rd character?

I personally hope and think the latter makes the most sense. Chrome being added in for simply being the "new guy" would be stupid. Yes, it's true that Ike and Roy were the latest lords at the time, but they weren't added in for simply that.
Roy was added to help boost Melee's roster by being a clone of Marth. And to promote the upcoming game. (So yeah, it WAS becasuse he was the latest lord...)
Ike was added because of his popularity in the West and because he's the only lord (note: not just character) that was in more than one game other than Marth.
I still feel Caeda has a bigger chance, due to being in 4 games as well as Marth, and being refered to as the "heroine" of them by Sakurai.

I dont see marth ever leaving, but I cant say the same for ike. I dont know why, just an instinct in me. But really I think we are more than likely to get 3 reps total.
I dont like this Chrome guy. Appearance-wise he doesnt stand out as anything special, just another blue haired swordman. I dont like to be quick to judge, but with little info what else can I do?
I would rather see one of the females here instead. But overall, I will take back roy over any other new character.

Not what he meant. You see, he's a huge fan of Fire Emblem (and so am I) and he was concerned with the character design and really out there clothing styles. It's not your usual fire emblem clothing, I'll say that much.
EDIT: I would personally say it reminds me more of Tales of series but that's just my opinion.
