SSBC needs new character designs

Come on! They can't just go out and rip every sprite, at least have some sort of brawl looking sprite! Some characters that need some:
*Goku
*Megaman
*Ryu
*Chun-Li
Now, there are some characters who movesets who should be changed a little:
*Sonic (Side Special)
*Sonic (Has no air down smash!)

Fix these, and your golden
