I can't play any of the modes

So I wanted to play crusade and I selected a character and picked a cpu and I pressed start.It kept me on the character select screen with a black background. I went to play solo mode training it let me pick a stage and I did and then it loaded and then it started the training mode with a black screen and icon in the bottom left corner. I JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME Help me please.

Edit when I close the game it says unexpected error happens when running the game.
