You mean in Brawl or in Crusade? I'm not sure if it's DI or not, but one of the things I do is initiate an air dodge away from my opponent then end it back in front of them, poised for an f-air or similar attack. So it's sort of a back-forward movement. She moves fast enough that you can go back-forth-back in one air dodge if you act fast enough. Maybe I'll make a Jiggs combo video for the heck of it. After you let go of the ledge, you jump forward and air-dodge so you go past your opponent. It's a great way to safely get back onto the stage while still being able to attack afterwards. Just wondering, can we get a R.O.B. board started up? We all know (or at least I think we all know) that he's going to be in the game. EDIT: Just had an epic match against Young Link (and recorded it ) We were both at one life, I had a ton of damage and my final smash was charged, young link was at 49%, i think. So I used Sing right next to the edge and caught him between me and the edge of Final Destination. I activated my Final Smash and almost killed him, but he survived and used his recovery move. I jumped straight up as he passed above me and used rest. AND KILLED HIM. I'm gonna put the video up in a bit. EDIT: Here's the video. www.youtube.com/watch?v=cs1fIPEZDNkI don't want to put it in the embeded thing cause then it would be too small.

Wow. Nice ending to those two epic matches!
The new strategy guide for Jiggs is up. Take a peek.

Just played a bit more of melee. Best jiggs moments of that particular hour: Captain Falcon killed me at one point, he had somewhere around 140%. He started up his taunt, I smashed the control stick towards him. "Show me your move-*INTERRUPTING REST*" *dies* Mario killed me once, so he taunted. Oh hey, a bigger target. REST!!!!!!!!!!!! Yep, taunting is officially a horrible idea when playing against a skilled Jiggs. I've managed that in Crusade a couple times too.

Good. Rest won't be as punishable when shielded then :'D Maybe I should make a combo video for her in Crusade. That reminds me, I should probably finish up the minster...

Yes, can't wait for the Minister! And yes, Rest is getting more shield stun, and so is Pound, I think.

And of course, Rising Pound will be up and running as well.
Posted a question for you on the minister's thread to keep this one on topic Maybe I'll set up a list of matchups for Jiggs also. There are some easy and hard match-ups, for certain. I can't wait for Bowser and DK to be in, since they're the easiest to brutally murder with Drill Rests.

So, what's your opinion on Drill Rests in SSBC?

Well, they don't work quite as well as in Brawl (and certainly not as well as in 64, but the hitstun was broken in 64 so I won't blame you for that ), but they're better than in Melee and can be useful in the right situations. My fast-falled sing can be more useful in some situations though, and most characters aren't so big as to be easy to hit as is the case with Bowser and DK. I probably just have to get used to the control scheme, since I'm still not entirely up to speed with my joypad.
